The main storyline of Kingdom Come 2 involves several important decisions. They can influence the ending of Henry's story and more specifically, a few conversations in the game's epilogue. On this page, we have described all the endings in the game, how they differ and how to achieve them.

This page contains heavy plot spoilers.

Main ending

The main storyline of Kingdom Come 2 has only one main ending. Regardless of your decisions, Henry's company will win over King Sigismund, forcing him to withdraw from the region. The siege of Suchdol will end according to the heroes' plan, thanks to the relief brought by Henry. Most of your allies will survive the game, although the fate of a few of them depends on your decisions.

Your decisions throughout the game affect mostly the epilogue, which happens after the siege ends. This is also when Henry will have his last conversation with his parents's spirits. How it goes depends on whether Henry expresses remorse for his actions and how honorably he behaved throughout the main storyline. Honorable deeds most often complicate the task at hand and complicate the situation Henry's in, but in the end, they stop his thirst for revenge and violence. The following decisions may influence his last conversation with his parents:

  1. Revealing the betrayal of young Olda to von Burgow (negative choice) or concealing it (positive choice);
  2. Allowing Hashek to carry out a massacre in Semine (negative choice) or stopping him (positive choice);
  3. Eliminating Istvan Toth without a fight (negative choice) or in an honorable duel (positive choice);
  4. Allowing Dry Devil to burn the village (negative choice) or stopping him (positive choice);
  5. Sacrificing Samuel in the name of the mission (negative choice) or saving him (positive choice);
  6. Brutally murdering Markvart (negative choice), finishing him off mercifully or leaving him to die (positive choices);
  7. Killing Brabant after his betrayal (negative choice) or sparing him (positive choice);
  8. Not regretting anything while speaking to your parents for the last time (negative choice) or expressing remorse (positive choice).

Depending on your decisions, the last conversation with Henry's parents will take a different course. If Henry behaved dishonorably for the most part, he will be condemned for his actions and lost in the lust for revenge, and the spirits of his parents will leave him forever. If, despite the trauma he experienced, he managed to maintain his honor, the spirits of his parents will express their pride in Henry and will promise that they will always be with him. During the epilogue, Henry can also decide what to do after the end of the war - settle down, continue the life of an adventurer, or remain a soldier.
