The Quality of Mercy (the third mission related to taking over) in Holland Valley Far Cry 5 Guide and Walkthrough

The Quality of Mercy is the third and final story mission in Far Cry 5 related to taking over control of Holland Valley. This mission starts automatically after you kill John Seed. Your task is to infiltrate cultists' bunker and to save deputy Hudson. Detailed walkthrough for this quest can be found below.
Entering John Seeds bunker
For this mission you must return to John Seed's bunker, the John's Gate (you can use quick travel if you have previously unlocked this point). Once you get close to the bunker, expect to encounter cultists. The enemy with the rocket launcher is the greatest threat - he is standing on the roof of the main building.
Find the gate leading to the bunker and use the knob. Important - you must explore the bunker alone, so equip shotgun, assault rifle or heavy machine gun. You should also take medical kits, grenades, dynamite etc.
Finding deputy Hudson
Follow the linear path through the bunker. You will encounter the enemies in the first larger room in the bunker. Avoid too great risks during the battles (you can't count on companions) and remember about using explosives. You will find ammunition and other supplies on your way (they will be visible or near the bodies of fallen enemies).
While going through the bunker you must watch out for armored enemies with heavy machine guns (picture). Don't stand in open space while attacking them and help yourself with grenades and explosives.
Acts of sabotage for Hudson
You must reach the bottom floor of the bunker. There a cutscene will start and you will meet deputy Hudson. This isn't the end of the mission - now you must complete a few actions for Hudson. Follow her and listen to her monologue. Then reach the room with hostages. Watch out for the new cultists that appeared in the bunker (especially the sniper in the long corridor). Open the rooms with the hostages and watch out that you don't kill them during the shootouts (luckily, you can't fail the mission by letting them die).
The next task is reaching the control room. Get to the rocket silo and jump to the lower platform. Eliminate new opponents. Once you reach the control room, start using the launcher, shotgun or any explosives to destroy the devices. The bar in the upper left corner of the screen must be filled.
Go back to the previously visited silo and start climbing. Reach the higher ledges and watch out that you don't fall. In two places you must hit the hinges - an example is shown in the above picture. It will lower new platforms. Watch out for enemies that appear near one of the holes. Once you reach the highest floor of the silo, use the edge near the wall to reach the upper exit from the shaft.
In the new location you must destroy the containers with the Bliss. You can use any gun you want. Remember to stay at safe distance - the containers will be exploding.
Escaping the bunker
Go to the newly unlocked side door and then towards the bunker exit. The last part of this mission is about escaping by opening the hatch of the rocket silo. You must reach the two switches. Don't rush yourself with using them as you might find yourself under heavy fire.
After pulling both switches you must defend yourself for a while in the location. Use the best weapon for short distance, use medical kits whenever you're close to death and avoid contact with flames. Once you receive the information, look up and use the grapple to attach yourself to the helicopter (as shown in the picture) and escape the bunker. The mission will end.
Important - After taking over the Holland Valley you can still kill cultists and complete other missions here (story and side ones).
