On this page of the Elden Ring guide, you can find a list of all Sites of Grace that are located in the secret region called Consecrated Snowfield. This region can be accessed using the Grand Lift of Rold when having two halves of the Secret Haligtree Medallions.
Among other things, Sites of Grace serve as checkpoints. If you die, you will respawn at the Site of Grace with which you have most recently interacted with.
While exploring the Consecrated Snowfield region, you will be able to discover 8 Sites of Grace .
Consecrated Snowfield is a secret location that can be accessed by possessing two Secret Haligtree Medallions. One of them is located in Liurnia of the Lakes , specifically in the Village of the Albinaurics .
You have to talk to Albus, the NPC who is hiding in a pot. Exhaust all his dialogues, and then you will receive the right part of the medallion.
The left part of the medallion is in Mountaintops of the Giants , more specifically in Castle Sol . After defeating Commander Niall , move on. At the top of the castle, you will find the other half of the secret medallion.
