Diablo 2 Resurrected: Death - Can I get my equipment back? Diablo 2 Resurrected guide, tips
Last update: 06 September 2021
On this page of the guide to Diablo 2 Resurrected, you will learn whether you can recover the lost equipment after death and where to find it.
How do I get my equipment back?
If you're not a veteran of the Diablo series, you'll probably die more than once. That leaves the question: Can I recover the equipment when you die in Diablo 2 Resurrected? Yes. To do this, you just need to return to the place where you died. Next to the body, you will find all the items that you had in your inventory.
However, enemies will remain in the same position as when you die. If you go back for your equipment with no gear, collecting all the items can be much more difficult.
What happens to equipment after death?
However, death has consequences - when you die, you're losing some gold - a percentage of the amount you carry with you. You should also always leave the gold in the stash when visiting the city. If you die while trying to retrieve your equipment, the first body will not disappear (nor will the next one).
Here's a tip: If you have enough for now or you've died in an awkward place that's not easily accessable, you can turn the game off. After launching it again, your corpse and all the equipment on it will be moved to the given Act's camp / city.
