What is Ichor in Code Vein? Code Vein guide, walkthrough
Last update: 02 October 2019
This chapter focuses on Ichor. You will how you can get it, and what you can get with it.
Ichor is a special material - you can check its amount in the lower right corner right next to the equipped Gifts. They can be treated as mana points or ammo. You spend Ichor on Gifts - their cost is shown next to a given Gift. You also spend Ichor when you are firing a weapon that treats Ichor as ammunition. You can replenish Ichor in different ways, for example:
- Resting at a Mistle.
- Attacking enemies with a melee weapon.
- Performing a successful pairing.
- Performing a Backstab on an opponent.
- Attacking enemies with your Blood Veil.
It is also worth noting that when you perform a successful Backstab on an opponent, your maximum Ichor score will be increased, but only until you die or rest at a Mistle. To increase the maximum amount of Ichor permanently, you must level up your character. Your currently equipped Blood Code also matters - some classes have less Ichor, some have more.
