Queen's Knight Reborn | Boss in Code Vein Code Vein guide, walkthrough
Last update: 18 October 2019
Queen's Knight Reborn is an upgraded version of Queen's Knight boss. Rules of this duel are very similar to the previous ones, but this boss can surprise you with a few new attacks, so better keep this in mind.
Location: Area K-11, Research Facility Ruins
Rewards: 156 100 Haze, Ishtar Blood Code
The first phase looks very similar to the previous battle. Stay close to the back of the boss, watch out for his double series of attacks. If you're in front of him, watch out for triple attack series that end with a shield slam. His charge is just as dangerous as it was befor. When you see him heading your way, instantly dodge him. If you didn't have any problems with Queen's Knight before, now you shouldn't have too much trouble either.
The second phase, on the other hand, looks a bit different. The boss is still using the same attacks as before, but he gets the option to disappear and appear next to you when the attack is over. Not only does he receive completely new combinations of attacks, but he also uses them much more often than before. This means that he can perform, for example, 7 combinations in a row with disappearance and reappearance right next to you. The battle is very dynamic. When you notice that the boss teleports to you all the time, try not to attack him, just block or dodge his strikes. Once he stops attacking by teleporting to you, it's a great opportunity to start dealing damage to him, whether with a regular weapon or with Gifts. It's worth noting that his first-phase attack, which looks like he's rotating the shield by 360 degrees, is often the final move of his attacks combined with teleportation.
Queen's Knight Reborn also has received one new attack. It surrounds itself with a green aura underneath its long-range feet. An attack itself does not deal any damage, but it takes away your Ichor, so you have limited access to Gifts.
