You can get to this region by activating the statues in the Area E-13 in Park Ruins. Climb up the ladder, walk through the caves straight ahead, then descend the stairs to unlock Mistle.

Next, in the center of a large arena you will meet the first new opponent who can teleport to you - your enemy indicates such an action by a black smoke. After defeating him in the arena you have three roads to choose from - left, straight ahead and right. Roads connect with each other in most cases, but it is best to go right first. On the left you have a few items to pick up and a closed door, which you have to unlock from the other side, while the road ahead connects with the one on the right.

As you walk to the right, you will see a dome-shaped room with one enemy in it. After killing your opponent go out using another way.

There's a door in front of you that you won't be able to open at the moment. Go left, defeat your opponent. Keep going forward, on the left you can climb up - go there, pick up Vivifier (x3), be careful not to fall. Get downstairs and keep going. A few meters further you will have to make a choice to go straight ahead or turn left. Take the path on the left. This is the road that connects to the center of the arena from the beginning of the location.

Turn right, you'll see a pretty tough opponent there. Attack him from behind with a backstab. After winning the battle, enter the building and pick up the Regen Activation Factor. Exit the building, turn right to get upstairs and pick up Queen Steel.

Then go back to where you came from (screenshot) and go ahead.

Then you have two roads, left and right. On the right is Isis Vestige Part B, but by going there you will activate Blood Trial, which is really heavy and long. It's worth taking Yakumo with you that deals a lot of damage and is very durable. Defeat all your opponents and you'll get Loss Crystal (S). Get out of the room and go ahead. Turn left, descend the stairs, and you'll find Pungent Cheese there, but watch out for enemy that's going to jump down on you.

Go back up the stairs and turn left. As you go up there, turn right onto the damaged road and pick up the Awake MJ212, but watch out for the enemy hanging close to the precipice. Continue to the dome-shaped room. Defeat one opponent there.

A little bit further on, go right and keep going straight. You will have a road on the left side leading to the arena beforehand, but come back to the arena later.

In front of you there is another entrance to the building where you will fight against one opponent. After defeating your enemy, open the door using the door handle. This is the door from the beginning of the location that could be seen if you went left first. After opening the door, there is another passage next to the lever. Go there.

As you walk forward, you will meet two opponents there, defeat them, pick up all item they drop and return to the place mentioned above (left path leading to the arena). Once you get there, defeat your opponent and go down the ladder.

Jump lower on the platform and pick up Queen Steel. Turn around and enter the opposite room. There you have to fight with two enemy types you've met before. After defeating them, move around the column and open the chest where you will find Rubellite Piercer +4.

Jump down, there you will find Rotten Mistle - clean it, to get information about the map of this location. Go up the stairs straight ahead. There you will find a lever that will unlock the door to the previous parts of the map, treat it as a shortcut. Take the second passage.

On the right side you will find a box chest. It contains Impulse Anchor +4.

Go a little further the road that may seem to look like a dead end. On the right, at the end of the path, you will find another road, jump down and pick up Curious Novelty. Keep walking forward. After a while, on the left you will be able to get Queen Steel, but watch out for the hanging enemy. On the right you will gain access to the Mistle and the new location, the Artifice Tower.
