Inner Sanctum

How to unlock: Find His room.

Comment: You get this trophy as you progress through the story. Escape from the Pyramid Head in the second section of the Labyrinth. On the way, you will have to go through the Pyramid Head's room.

A Human Being

How to unlock: Kill Eddie.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You get this trophy as you progress through the story. Defeat the boss at the end of the Labyrinth, which will allow you to sail out on Toluca Lake.

Glimmer of Hope

How to unlock: Reach the Lakeview Hotel.

I Saw That Town

How to unlock: Complete New Game Plus on any difficulty.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Complete the game in New Game Plus mode with any ending.

Radio Silence

How to unlock: Complete the game without using the radio.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Immediately after obtaining the radio in eastern South Vale, open the inventory and turn the radio off. Finish the game without turning it back on. Turning off the radio means that you won't get warnings about the proximity of enemies.

James of All Trades

How to unlock: Kill at least one enemy with Wooden Plank, Steel Pipe, Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle in a single playthrough.

Comment: Bosses don't count. Make sure you kill at least one regular enemy with a shotgun and a rifle.

Pieces Unarranged

How to unlock: Collect all the Strange Photos in a single playthrough.

Comment: Try to get this achievement during New Game Plus using the chainsaw and already knowing where to go. You can also achieve one of the game endings that end prematurely, such as Dog or Bliss, to save a bit more time and finish the playthrough without the need to visit the last location in the game, the other side of the Lakeview Hotel.
