This section of the guide describes the Spinewretch mission from the Hunt the Prey quest series in Outriders. Below you will find tips for the easiest way to eliminate the enemy and what to expect of them.

You can find the Spinewretch mission in Ancient Ruins. The area to track the beast in is next to the flag used for travelling between locations.

You can always use the boulder outside the cave for cover.

This enemy is quite similar to Splittooth. Use the cover when the beast activates its ability that deals linear damage. The monster's backup will be a bigger threat - it includes the weakest monsters, flying ones and Alpha Perforo. Eliminate those first to make the fight easier - the boss is not particularly difficult. Aim for the head.If necessary, retreat from the cave to the pond - there, you can run around the rock to maintain cover from the enemy's attacks.
