This section of the guide describes the Hauras mission from the Hunt the Prey quest series in Outriders. Below you will find tips for the easiest way to eliminate the enemy and what to expect of them.

You can find the Hauras mission in the Dunes. The area to track the beast in is next to the flag used for travelling between locations.

Don't let the monster surround you.

This enemy is very similar to Bigjaw and Typhon, except that it comes with a single elite monster and a lot of smaller creatures. You have to keep moving and use everything in your environment - the slope and rocks. Again, don't let them surround you. Mods and skills that will reduce the monsters' health are a good way to approach this fight. Similarly, slow, ash and freeze status effects will work well here. Unfortunately, you'll have to ward off the smaller monsters from time to time, at the same time keeping the elite and Hauras at a distance. Use the skills that disrupt enemy abilities, too.
