Engaging in a 1v1 fight is the easiest way to kill him

Once you enter the mission location, you'll have to break through to him - he's practically at the very end, along with the guards. The easiest way to kill the enemy will be to lure him out of the cave and fight them 1v1. He has snipers and armored enemies by his side. Maneater himself will be striving towards a close-range fight.

Eliminate his armored guards and kill him in 1-on-1 combat. You shouldn't have much trouble with them even without mods for additional status effects. The mission will be completed once you have eliminated everyone - remember to approach the dying enemy afterwards and finish him off with the action key.
