You can find the mission with the Scalp King in the Quarry . He's quite close to the flag used for teleporting between locations, and to another side quest.

This enemy is a sniper - he can set his bullets on fire!

The Scalp King is surrounded by a large group of melee and armored opponents; there are also 2 elite enemies in there, too. During the fight it's best to retreat a little and first deal with the enemies that come too close to you. The boss will probably go after you. It's quite easy to defeat the Scalp King, you can simply wait out while he aims his laser. If possible, try to avoid exposing yourself to enemy bullets when the boss sets them on fire. Though the arena is quite small and narrow like a corridor, there are quite a few places where you can hide and wait out the enemy's actions. The mission will be completed once you have eliminated everyone - remember to approach the dying enemy afterwards and finish him off with the action key.
