On this page of the Outriders game guide, you will find a walkthrough of the Mountain Outpost Expedition, along with tips that may come in handy as you progress through this mission.
Rebel camp
Once the Mountain Outpost Expedition begins, you will need to clear out the rebel camp. The enemy soldiers will include regular riflemen, melee fighting berserkers, several Cremators, and also snipers, who have set up at a fortified point on a high escarpment.
At this stage, enemies (even the Elite units) can attack you from behind, so it's a good idea to constantly keep an eye on your radar.
Cavern
After defeating the soldiers, you will have to fight your way through a host of monsters - you should be especially wary of the aggressive Alpha Perforo, which can jump to your hero in a split second.
Once you enter the vast cave, numerous groups of creatures - regular Perforo, Alpha Perforo, and the poisonous Venomous Perforo - will attack you from all sides. After a while, dangerous Crawlers will begin to surface - you should focus them down.
Reaching the peak
As you make your way to the top, you'll be attacked by more enemies, including the Alpha Perforo, the Brood Mother and the flying Screechers - these giant birds need to be knocked to the ground as quickly as possible as they can deal significant amounts of damage in a very short amount of time.
Peak
At the top of the mountain, a large welcoming committee of ordinary creatures, accompanied by several Screechers and an Alpha Perforo, awaits you. As soon as you spot a Screecher, immediately fire a round from your rifle at it to knock it down to the ground and prevent it from being able to move for a while.
Upon defeating the first wave of opponents, it will be time for the final battle against the Relentless Behemoth, an elite creature that will appear in the arena accompanied by many smalller opponents. This elite creature is very tough and can charge at its target quickly, so always be ready to dodge sideways. Once all of the opponents are defeated, you will be able to open the capsule and claim your prize.
