The Nest | Connor | Detroit Become Human Walkthrough Detroit Become Human guide, walkthrough
Last update: 02 July 2019
While searching for the next deviant, Connor, along with Hank, lands in the suspect's apartment. The chapter is divided into two or three stages: a conversation during a lunch break (improve or worsen your relations with Hank; apartment - investigate Rupert's apartment. If you find the fugitive, a new scene (chase) will begin.
Lunch Break
You've joined Hank, who is enroute for his meal. We move straight to the dialogue:
- Scan the gambler and the vendor - you can address both of them during the dialogue ("company").
- After joining Hank, apologize for your behavior at the precinct.
- Analyze the gambler and Hank's meal (burger and a drink) Remind him of the negative effects of such meals.
- If you want to continue to improve your relationship, choose truth or a "psychological approach".
The Flowchart will receive data about being honest with Hank, informing him about unhealthy food, and your opinion about his friends.
Investigate the apartment
A new scene: a building. Scan the feathers found on the floor of the corridor. The apartment enables you to visit the room on your right to find a newspaper. Follow Hank to the main room of the apartment. You can find following items:(recorded on the Flowchart)
- A cage
- LED on the washbasin
- A marking (rA9) in the bathroom
- A journal found in a crevice behind the poster (in the living room) - essential, as it can be invoked in the final part of the game - one of the options of achieving a good ending for Connor.
- The chair in the bathroom - the most important element of the lot, as it enables you to find Rupert hidden in the attic of the apartment.
Endings
If you find Rupert, a chase will begin. You need to choose which road you want to take. If you want to catch the deviant, choose fast routes, omitting those that lead through a crowd. Hank won't die regardless of your decision.
- Connor has caught Rupert - chosen the chase - increases the stability of Connor's systems (and improves the relations with Amanda) and worsens the relationship with Hank;
- Connor has caught Rupert - chosen to save Hank - decreases the stability of Connor's systems (and decreases relations with Amanda) and improves the relationship with Hank;
- Connor died - Connor may die in this chapter. It can happen only if you fail the QTE sequences in critical moments (such as jumping from the roof through the window or falling from heights).
- Rupert wasn't found - do not analyze all clues (especially the chair) in order to not find the deviant. After a few minutes, Hank will tell you to leave the apartment.
