A New Home | Kara | Detroit Become Human Walkthrough Detroit Become Human guide, walkthrough
Last update: 02 July 2019
Kara is the hero of the new chapter. In this scene, you are an independent character that has less influence on the final outcome of the events. This scene can be completely omitted by not becoming a deviant during Stormy Night. Important - if you do not improve your relations with Alice, you'll be unable to continue Kara's story.
Ground Floor
Enter the house. After listening to Todd, you'll receive your marching orders. Your main task is to take the dustbin and clean the trash. Unfortunately, if you do so, you won't be able to complete the remaining side actions. Optional activities: (they don't affect the plot, but are written into your Flowchart).
- Wash the dishes taken from the table (you'll slightly improve your relations with Alice)
- Check the backyard - take the drying clothes and put them into the washing machine
- Activate the vacuum cleaner next to the TV
- Organize the books found next to the vacuum cleaner
- Read the newspaper on the table
- Block Todd's field of vision
- Talk to Alice -You can attempt to talk to Alice after every action
First Floor
Once you take out the trash, you can talk to Todd and inform him about completing the action. Now proceed to the first floor. Once you're up there, clean the bathroom, toilet, Todd's room and Alice's room.
Todd's room contains a second newspaper.
Todd's room contains a gun which is found when you clean up the cabinet next to the bed (this unlocks a new interaction in the later stages of the game)
If you've gained trust with Alice by attempting to talk to her, a dialogue in her room will enable you to receive a key to her locker and immensely improve your relations after opening it. You can also improve your relations by checking the book on the floor and asking about it during the dialogue (don't ask about her mother)
When you complete the cleaning, you can go downstairs. The scene ends here.
