The Lost and Found series of tasks involves tracing multiple clues to find a missing person or important item. On this page of our Dead Island 2 guide we show where to initiate and how to complete Jo's Rainy Day Stash quest.
The quest's starting location
The task can be initiated in Venice Beach, in one of the shops (it is marked with a yellow arrow in the screenshot above). Destroy the window and enter the interior of the green building with a shark logo. On one of the counters you'll find a note with the same name as the mission title.
Course of the quest
After collecting the first important note, which is named Jo's Secret Stash, head to Venice Beach to find more.
Your task will take you to one of the shops that is marked with a icon of a shark holding a surfing board. This building is located across the street from Roses tattoo parlor.
Look for the clue inside the shop, on a wooden counter. It's a note, or rather a photo called Jo's Beloved Baby. Now you need to find the car from the picture. You can find it on one of the parking lots in Venice Beach.
The marker from the screenshot above shows the exact location of Jo's red car. As you approach the car, you'll be attacked by some zombies.
On one of them, you'll find the final note - Jo's Final Farewell - which tells where Jo had hidden her treasure.
The road will take you to Marla's store rooftop, which is not far from the Blue Crab bar.
To access the rooftop, you need to climb on a portable toilet or a wooden footbridge, then grab the edge of the roof and climb it.
Look around the rooftop for a steel fence. On the other side of it, there will be two named zombies - Nick and Scotty. Nevertheless, you won't loot anything interesting from them.
Rewards
Successful completion of the task yields 2.000 XP and a new curveball - electric bomb. On top of that, a random weapon will be found from the chest.
