Description:
Even though the map is very big, in reality you will visit around 15% of it. Your task is to break through the narrow alley to the other end of the map, and then clear the VTOL area of enemy ASDs - there are at least ten. You have to do it fast enough to plant the hacking module and defend it for one minute. The mission is short and simple, but it doesn't mean it's easy.
You start in (1). Immediately look to the right, you should see low stairs (picture above) (2). Go up them to get into the alley mentioned in the paragraph above. It will take you to the other end of the map. Attention! As usual, you can't delay.
Get ready to quickly eliminate two soldiers - the first is hiding in (3), behind the stall (first picture above). You can shoot through the wall to kill him. The other one is in (4), on the right, crouching against the wall behind the last stall (second picture above). Instantly take a look at the map.
It's very likely (though not one hundred percent sure) that the enemy ASD will come there. Keep an EMP grenade ready, or simply hide somewhere at the right moment to be able to lean out and use the rocket launcher to get rid of the robot (picture above). Keep looking at the map all the time and watch enemy movement. If the robot didn't come, you'll get rid of it later - it's probably somewhere around the turret.
Go further, sticking to the right wall. If any enemy appears in front you, fight, of course, but don't attack, only defend yourself. If you keep looking at the map carefully, no opponent will take you by surprise. When you get in the vicinity of (5), look left. Behind the left side of the entrance there will be an enemy (picture above). Shoot him and again flatten yourself against the wall.
From this moment you need to be careful all the time, because a soldier might come running here out of the main street. Unfortunately, the further you go, the more such situations will come up, but in most cases you will have to count on your team-mates to repel the attack. Enemies will be passing through a narrow alley in (6), through the building in (7) (picture above) (especially watch out there) and through the gate in (8) (we will go back to it in a moment).
After getting rid of the opponent in (5), go further, sticking to the right wall, take out the rocket launcher and hide behind the low, concrete pillar on the right. Lean out and shoot at the turret in (9) (picture above). Naturally, you can use EMP grenades before that. This is especially advisable if there is an ASD hanging around here somewhere. You should have about five minutes left.
Your next task is to clear the square in (10). There are at least 10 ASDs there. You have no more than four minutes to do it. There are also turrets there, but very few soldiers. First, order all the soldiers to go to (11) (if they get killed, the new ones will come running there, too) (picture above). Now you have two options.
You can stand at the gate in (8) (position yourself in (12)). Take out the rocket launcher and start shooting at the ASDs (picture above). The EMP grenades will be extremely useful, as thanks to them you'll be able to take out several robots with one "lean-out". However, watch out for enemy soldiers. Just in case, quickly change your weapon in order not to accidentally kill yourself with the rocket launcher.
The second option is to enter (13) and clear the cafeteria (if there are any opponents there) and then lean out in (14) and shoot at the ASDs gathered downstairs (picture above). You need to very carefully keep track of what enemies are doing on the map. If any of them is coming to you, retreat in order not to kill yourself with explosion. Hide, as soon as possible, after each shot from the launcher. Again, use the grenades- ordinary and EMP.
Of course, you don't have to decide on only one of those options, it is recommended to alternately use both. When there is no longer any ASD in the vicinity of (10), go to the cafeteria to get to the exit in (14). Locate the turret in (15) (first picture above) and shoot a rocket at it. Take a look at the map to check if you really got rid of it. If you did and there are no enemy soldiers nearby, lean out more to the left and destroy the second turret in (16) with a rocket (second picture above).
After you've disposed of the two turrets, your task is to place the hacking module. It's crucial where you'll do it. The safest place is in (17), behind the second turret, right next to the rusted garage door (first picture above). Place the module in the left corner (try to "squeeze" into it to the maximum), just below the blue, vertical pipes (second picture above).
The next task is to protect the module. Crouch in the corner, in the same place where you put the hacking module, and wait till it finishes its work. Make sure to order all your men to go to (14) (picture above). Thanks to that they will attract the enemies' attention - they will be coming out of the streets and hanging out in front of the main street. You have to eliminate every enemy who breaks through. Unfortunately, enemy soldiers will start to attack the place with redoubled strength, so you must be especially careful.
When the module has finished the work, you simply need to run up to (18), to the rear of the VTOL (picture above) to complete the mission. Make sure that no one is shooting at you, because it would be foolish to die at this point, and there is probably little time left till the end of the mission.
