Attention! You don't have to complete the mission to pass the challenge - you have to lose (Mission Failed) or win (Mission Complete), but you can't leave it by exiting it (Quit).

 

Eliminate Enemy Personnel (x3) while they are planting IED

Assuming you are passing the challenge on Recruit level, immediately after the mission has started, kill three enemies on the right and destroy the tank on the left. Then, just fly as a quad-drone toward the mines. They have already been laid, but don't worry about that and destroy them. Next, look out for individual soldiers, running here and there, but don't kill them! Instead, wait until one of them begins to lay a mine (picture above) - shoot him at this moment. Don't get too close to the mines, because they can destroy your quad-drone when they explode! The soldiers always lay the mines in the same places after the old ones have been destroyed, so all you need to do is to be alert and faster than the convoy, and the challenge will be yours.

Eliminate Enemy Personnel (x10) on horseback

A very easy challenge. It's easiest to pass it as a quad-drone. Three waves of enemies on horseback will start appearing shortly after the first tank has been destroyed (picture above). Just a bit of accuracy will do to pass the challenge.

You will come across the next waves just before the entrance to the place near the weapons cache when you're riding uphill (picture above).

Convoy never stopped by the Presence of an IED

In other words, the word "Destroy", which means that the convoy has stopped and is waiting till the path is cleared of mines, mustn't appear on the screen even once. It is not a difficult challenge, you only need to be sharp. Use the map in the guide to find the sets of mines (they're marked with green dots on the guide map). First of all, get rid of the first three sets of mines, which are close to each other, as fast as you can (picture above). The first is right to the right of the second tank in the mission, the second nearby and the third to the right of the third tank.

The fourth set of mines is easy to find - it's to the right of the fourth tank (first picture above). The fifth will be under the wooden bridge next to the weapons cache (second picture above).

Destroy Tanks (x3) with Kinetic Projectile Weapon

To mark a target for the kinetic weapon, select it (preferably when controlling a quad-drone, since it is the most mobile and the fastest), point at the target, and then press the same button that you hold down to select all troops. Remember that some time must pass between the successive uses of the weapon.

It will be easiest to look at the map in the "Walkthrough" section - there are four tanks in this mission and they are marked with blue circles on the map in the guide. Apart from that, you can also see them as big, red spots on your mission screen. The first tank will be at the beginning of the mission, on the left (picture above), mark it after killing the first several soldiers on the rocks on the right.

The next two tanks are near the first three sets of mines, after you've dealt with the first waves of enemies on horseback (first and second picture above). To make sure that the kinetic weapon doesn't destroy any of your vehicles (that will be passing near the tanks), destroy the mines only after you've used the kinetic weapon on the third tank.

You can also leave the third tank and, to remain safe, fly to the fourth (picture above). It is possible that the kinetic weapon simply won't be ready on time, when the convoy gets closer to the place where the third tank is.

Destroy Helo with Kinetic Projectile Weapon

To mark a target for the kinetic weapon, select it (preferably when controlling a quad-drone, since it is the most mobile and the fastest), point at the target, and then press the same button that you hold down to select all troops. Remember that some time must pass between the successive uses of the weapon.

The main problem in this challenge is that your quad-drones and ASDs destroy the helicopters very quickly. There are 6 to 7 helicopters in the mission, and the first four will attack you in pairs. Try your luck, but a much better idea is to point at one of the three helicopters that will appear among the mountains surrounding the weapons cache (picture above). There are so many opponents around that your troops will have something to do instead of preventing you from passing this challenge.

Eliminate Enemy Personnel (x20) as Quad Drone

The easiest challenge to pass, all you need to do is to control the quad-drones. You should pass the challenge after the first successful mission playthrough. You will kill a lot of infantry in the vicinity of the weapons cache, through which you will have to pass. Soon after that two infantry divisions will appear at the end of the map (picture above), just hover and shoot till the challenge is yours.

Run over Enemy Personnel (x10) as ASD

A little onerous challenge. First of all, you can try to run over as many enemies on horseback as you can (picture above) - the first waves will depart shortly after the first tank has been destroyed, the next just before entering the vicinity of the weapons cache. Don't try to find opponents on high rocks, as your ASD won't get up there.

After getting to the weapons cache, a lot of enemies will run on the rocks on the right. Drive up there and run them over, heading for the place they are running out of (picture above).

An almost sure place is at the very end of the mission, after you've driven out of the weapons cache. Two very large groups of enemy infantry will run out exactly in front of you. Drive there as quickly as possible and start to run over the enemies (picture above).

Use only ASDs to destroy Tanks

It will be easiest to look at the map in the "Walkthrough" section - there are four tanks in this mission and they are marked with blue circles on the map in the guide. Apart from that, you can also see them as big, red spots on your mission screen. All you need to do is to get on the ASD, find a tank and use grenade launcher on it (picture above). If a tank destroys the ASD, switch to another one and continue the hunt. If all ASDs get destroyed, there will be new ones, so you can try endlessly. If you want, after you've destroyed two tanks, you don't have to destroy the mines and leave the convoy behind them, so that it doesn't interrupt you when you're searching for the other two tanks.

Keep ALL Vehicles in Convoy Safe

Tanks and mines pose the greatest threat for the vehicles. Eliminate the tanks with kinetic weapon or ASD. The mines should be destroyed in advance - you mustn't do it right next to the vehicles in convoy. Eliminate the individual soldiers who are laying the mines. Helicopters and all kinds of infantry (those with RPGs and on horseback) can also be dangerous. Be careful when you are fighting near the ammo cache, as there will be a lot of enemies. Two very numerous groups of infantry will appear soon after that and they will run out from the end of the map. Bearing these tips in mind and playing on Recruit level should allow all four vehicles to successfully get to the extraction site.

Complete the mission in "tactical view" only

Immediately after the mission has begun and after you've started controlling any of your robots, don't do anything - don't move, don't shoot, don't look around, just press the change view button to go to tactical view. Don't turn it off till the end of the mission.

It will certainly be easier than in other missions, but you still must systematically point at the targets for your troops by yourself. Attack the soldiers on the right with the quad-drones and then immediately find the tank on the left and mark it for the kinetic weapon. Go back to the convoy and mark your opponents, and when the kinetic weapon is ready, mark the second tank. Eventually, you'll get to a place with mines (picture above), be prepared to quickly destroy them, point individual soldiers for the quad-drones, so that they can't lay new mines. Point the third tank for the ASD, and destroy the fourth with the kinetic weapon.

Use ASD to get rid of several helicopters that will appear. The canyon near the weapons cache (picture above) will be the place where you have to be especially careful and manage to point all the enemies. Immediately destroy the mines under the bridge, so that the convoy doesn't stop. Point the helicopters for ASD and infantry for quad-drones. Above the upper bridge, on the right, there is a large group of infantry - point at it for the kinetic weapon.

The last part of the mission can be particularly difficult (picture above). Make ASDs overtake the convoy and clash with two quite large groups of infantry, which will run out from the opposite direction (you can also use kinetic weapon). Point the rest of the infantry for the quad-drones and keep your fingers crossed for at least one vehicle to arrive at its destination.
