5. Karma is alive or dead, Manipulation failed

Woods's peace of mind is disturbed by an arrival of a guest, who as it turns out is... Alex Mason. Woods can't believe it and tells Mason that he shot him. Alex replies that it turns out that Woods is not such a good shooter after all.

Menendez predicted his death. A video appeared on YouTube in which he is calling everyone for revolution. The video is very popular, so the whole world doesn't have to wait long for its effect.

When Mason enters Woods's hospital, he hears that he's another Mason paying a visit to Woods. David gets scared, but Woods calms him down and introduces someone after a while, namely... Mason's father. Dave is very surprised, and the flashback shows that Alex survived Woods's shots.

Alex points at the scar on his son's hand, when he fell off a tree (it was shown in the first mission introductory cutscene). He adds that he was proud of David that day. David replies that he did fall down, and Alex responds, that's true - but he got up on his feet immediately.

Menendez, although dead, got his own way. Millions of people have taken to streets, riots have broken out in the cities. The last scene shows the crowd walking towards the burning White House.
