Eliminate enemy personnel (x15) with pulwar sword

Look around the place where you started the mission. Exactly behind the horse that you are about to mount, at the far end of the rocks on the right there is a skeleton that has a pulwar sword, stuck in it (picture above). Pull out the weapon and then get on the horse.

Now you just have to kill fifteen opponents with it. It's best to perform this challenge on Recruit level. You can kill the biggest number of enemies when you are recapturing the ruins from the enemy, but you need to watch out for the Soviet BTRs. An even better moment will be the one after you've retaken the weapons cache. When you have passed the challenge connected with killing enemies with rockets, you should start doing the one that's being described right now. First, change your weapon to a rifle, jump into the battlefield and, hiding behind the jeep wrecks, search and take out the nearby enemies. The only ones who are to remain are those under the rocky wall in the northeast. After clearing the battlefield, locate the half-lit boulder to the left of one of the wrecks (picture above).

This is a perfect hiding place - as soon as any enemy runs out from the left side of the rock, immediately kill him with the sword (picture above). At the same time, do not wander off far from the rock, because you could get hit by the other enemies. And most importantly - do not use the sword too much, have a rifle ready, because it is pointless to throw yourself at the enemy barrels (this hint refers especially to the higher difficulty levels). Kill the enemies until you get the message about passing the challenge.

Destroy enemy helo with a mortar

After the conversation with Mujahideen leader, right in front of the exit you will notice a wooden door on the left. Pick the lock to open it (picture above). Do this and your character will take a few mortar shells necessary to pass this challenge. You'll do it in a moment, so take them out immediately. Get back on the horse and sprint through the village to get to the gate.

When your horse rears up, wait two seconds and then ride toward the helicopter (not the first one that will crash on the left or right, after it' gets hit). Your target-helicopter will land and then start to go left. You need to set out at the right time so as to find yourself right under it when it is flying between the rocks on the left (your team-mates will also ride there). Throw a mortar shell in the right moment (picture above) and keep riding forward, because if you stop, the enemies will kill you. At the same time look out for the message informing you if you passed the challenge. If it does not appear, or if you noticed that the helicopter flew off, exit to menu and start the mission from the last checkpoint - in the Mujahideen base (or just kill yourself).

Destroy tank with anti-tank mine

When you get to the ruins, your objective will be to locate the Stinger. You can find it on the roof of one of the buildings. The Stinger, along with some ammo crates, will be in front of you and exactly on the right, in the box with a word Access you'll find some anti-tank mines (picture above). Destroy the Soviet BTRs, blow up the gate and get on the horse.

Do not go in the direction of the gray dot with a word "Destroy", but sticking to the right side, go to the same pass, where you destroyed the helicopter with a mortar shell at the beginning (look out for the jeep wreck on the left, next to which there's a red flag) (picture above).

In this way, you'll get to the base before the tanks, and you can set the anti-tank mines (picture above). You have to do it in front of the tank (a transporter may not be counted as a "tank" in this challenge), but be careful and don't let enemy vehicles run you over! You also need to watch out for the mines - don't step on them, because they'll explode. Your horse can also detonate a mine. Finally, if a vehicle drives on the mine and you're too close, you'll die and won't pass the challenge. It's best to place a mine in the tank's path, when it's about 10-15 meters away from you. To make sure you pass the challenge, you can set all the mines. Look out for the message informing you about passing the challenge, and then immediately go to the one that involves destroying four helicopters at North Pass.

Run down enemy personnel (x10) on horseback

A very easy and fun challenge. Simply ride on horseback searching for the enemies and running them down (picture above). Just be careful not to fall into a group of a few opponents you won't have time to run down, as they can kill you. Look out for the message informing you about passing the challenge. You will have some free time to pass this challenge after you've received the message about retaking the weapons cache. There's no need to rush there, so do the challenge.

Destroy enemy helo with truck mounted MG

When you drive the tank and the transporter back (and possibly perform the challenge below), you will have to deal with the helicopters. Look at the gate to the base, and then left - you should see a white car with a heavy machine gun (first picture above). Go toward the vehicle, get off the horse and grab the gun. Wait until the enemy helicopter hovers over the base and use the gun to shoot it down. You will do it easily (second picture above) and pass the challenge.

Destroy enemy helos (x4) at North Pass

Immediately after you've destroyed the first tank and transporter, use the compass in the lower right corner of the screen to go directly north. Hold the sprint button to gallop. In the meantime, take out the RPG and turn on the auto-aim mode. To give a shot in this mode, you must press the scope button, aim at an enemy helicopter and wait 1 to 2 seconds. When you hear a distinctive sound, fire immediately (blocking the target doesn't last long). Gallop forward and when you see four helicopters flying one by one in the distance, turn right (picture above).

The helicopters will start landing at four different places and drop the infantry off, so you must be careful and not let anyone shoot you. Another difficulty will be the other enemy soldiers, hiding in the nearby caves. Despite this, begin to aim at enemy helicopters in turn and fire rockets with aircraft lock-on. Do not wait until the rocket hits the target, but look out for the next one (picture above). To ensure even greater safety, it's best to hide next to the rocks on the right, but do not get off the horse. The best sequence is as follows - shoot the first (the one flying at the end) before they all start to land. As the second, select the one that will fly towards you (it'll be above you). You should see the last two easily - one is on the ground, the other in the air. You will need to catch the last one when it is flying away but you should make it.

Utilize stinger (without aircraft lock-on) to destroy enemy helo

When you drive the tank and the transporter back (and possibly perform the challenge above), you will have to deal with the helicopters. Make sure to turn the aircraft lock off. Aim at the helicopter hovering over the base and fire (picture above). It's not moving, so hitting it - and passing the challenge - will be extremely easy.

Eliminate enemy personnel (x25) using alternate fire mode on stinger

Start doing the challenge when you retake the weapons cache. This challenge is not about eliminating enemies with aircraft lock-on, but the ordinary fire mode - but first you need to turn the scope on. Search for the soldiers on the battlefield below and fire rockets at them (picture above). New ones will be running in fours out of the left side of the opposite rock and taking positions by the low boulders and by the abovementioned rock.

Actually, you need to watch out only for one thing here - the snipers taking positions on the wooden bridges (picture above). Once in a while look at that place and check if a new enemy has appeared in the place of the killed one. If not, go back to firing rockets at enemies below and do it until you get the message about passing the challenge. If you run out of rockets, refill your ammo by the pile of boxes nearby.

100% survivability rating

This is not going to be a difficult mission, but you have to watch out for explosions and there will plenty of them here - they're the ones that can harm you the most. When you leave the Mujahideen base for the first time, don't drive into the jeep on the left, because the explosion can kill you. Do not get too close to the tank or transporter, and do not expose yourself to the transporter fire, either. Also, watch out for grenades.
