The first major update to Valheim, aside from changes in the food system, also introduced some new gear. The new weapons in the game are listed below:

• Crystal Battleaxe
• Silver knife
• Butcher knife
• Bone tower shield

Crystal Battleaxe

The Crystal Battleaxe has a high damage stat and is good at blocking enemy attacks. To craft it you need:

1. Ancient bark x40
2. Silver x30
3. Crystal x10

Silver knife

The silver knife's quality level is between the copper knife and the blackmetal knife. To craft it you need:

1. Wood x2
2. Silver x10
3. Leather scraps x3
4. Iron x2

Butcher knife

A butcher knife is required for killing tamed animals. By doing so you can obtain resources from them. To craft this tool you need:

1. Wood x2
2. Tin x4

Bone tower shield

The Bone tower shield is one of the stronger shields available in the game. Additionally, crafting it doesn't require very uncommon materials. To craft the shield you need:

1. Wood x10
2. Bone fragment x10
3. Skeleton trophy x3
