Entrails are one of the items that can be obtained while exploring the vast world of Valheim. Entrails are used as an ingredient in the production of Sausages, which are valuable food and provide your character with a solid boost for about 26 minutes – health 60, stamina 40, 3 health points per cycle.

Entrails are dropped by defeated Draugr - enemies that can be found in the Swamps biome. Draugr is a very aggressive and strong creature, so it's a good idea to prepare well before facing this opponent.
