A God in Human Skin
Requirement: Become the Changing God.
Commentary: It is one of the trophies related to one of the possible endings of the game. Get to the List of endings in order to learn more about it. It is also a good idea to save your progress before the final encounter with the Sorrow. This will enable you to repeat the finale if you don't select the best option or if you intend to select an ending related to a different achievement.
A New Beginning
Requirement: Wake up in the Labyrinth after you die.
Commentary: The acquisition of this trophy is almost unavoidable. It's easy enough to die in the game, but you can get to the Labyrinth in several other ways as well (i.e. by drinking a special potion or letting yourself go into a trance).
A New Family
Requirement: Have Rhin stay with the main character.
Commentary: Rhin can be recruited during the side quest Beloved Slave in Sagus Cliffs (detailed information can be found on the page with walkthrough for this quest).
A New Home
Requirements: You must learn the truth the origins of Jherem.
Commentary: Jherem is a boy who runs through the southern part of Circus Minor in Sagus Cliffs (M3.13). You can talk to him. In order to learn more about from where does he come from, use Persuasion during the conversation.
Accidental Savior
Requirements: You must save the Memorialists from the Valley of Dead Heroes by not finding them.
Commentary: You can obtain this trophy after arriving in the valley (M12.1). Promise to help Children of Endless Gate in finding the Memorialists. They are hidden behind the boards; Perception can help you in finding them. Once you find them, select the second dialogue option - keep the information about their whereabouts to yourself and hide their presence (the first option is to give them to the cultists, the third option leads to the death of the Memorialists).
All Too Human
Requirement: Enable Callistege to become a human.
Notes: Callistege is one of the characters that can join your party. To acquire this trophy, you'll need to complete a certain quest involving this hero.
Always in Touch
Requirements: Discover Hall of Relics
Notes: The Hall of Relics is a location that can be found in The Calm. You can "access" it once you've visited the Sanctuary of the Changing God (M11) in Sagus Cliffs. Details on how to access this location can be found in the section on Cold, Calculating Jack (Sagus Cliffs: Underbelly). Find your way to the area and interact with the mirrors found in the central part of the room (M11.8). Take a look at the small oval mirror and then take the item from the interdimensional area in The Exile's head. You'll acquire a Bronze Sphere. Aside from the trophy, you'll be able to use the Sphere to summon your companions.
Ascended
Requirements: You must transfer Callistege's conscience to the datasphere
Commentary: Callistege is one of the characters that can join your party. In order to get this achievement, you must make sure she reaches almost the finale of the game. During the main quest Into the Depths in the Bloom, you will get to the Calm without party members. You must start looking for Callistege. She can be found in Oasis Fathom (there is a portal that leads there in the Calm). Once you find Callistege, shake her so that she escapes the illusion. During the conversation with her you can convince her to return to the party or you can let her explore the datasphere. In order to get this achievement you must select the second option.
If you completed all the steps, then Callistege will disappear. You will receive 40 XP and the trophy.

Buckle Down

In this quest you are looking for Rhin for Tol Maguur. Once you find Rhin, bring her to Tol Maguur and give her to him. Then speak to Tol Maguur and tell that you would want to buy her. If Tybir is in the party, he will offer an interesting deal - a hour of delight in exchange for Rhin. Tol Maguur will agree and you will receive the trophy.

Commentary: It is one of the trophies related to one of the possible endings of the game. In order to get it, you must make sure that Matkina will participate in the ending (she is a potential party meber). Get to the List of endings in order to learn more about it. This will enable you to repeat the finale if you won't select the best option or if you intend to select ending related to a different achievement.
Death Wish
Requirements: Die of overdosing Bloom Juice.
Commentary: An opportunity for getting this achievement occurs when you reach Memovira's Courtyard in The Bloom. In the eastern part of this location, right next to merchant Skaydia, you'll find a reservoir. You can drink (the juice) from this reservour. In order to die, you have to drink it twice.

For Knowledge?

Commentary: In order to trigger a fight with this strong monster you must skillfully lead the side quest Baleazar and the Beast in the Sagus Cliffs (M3.7).
