Valkyrie Eir - whereabouts
Valkyrie Eir is in one of the game's hidden chambers. This chamber is located in a location called The Mountain, which you first visit when during the Inside the Mountain main story mission. You can, of course, return to the Mountain after completing this quest.
The entrance to the hidden chamber is located in the above picture - it is in the room with a large crane.
Fight preparations and description of the duel with Valkyrie Eir
It's worth preparing for the duel with Eir and the recommended steps are described in detail on the introduction page of this chapter. As a reminder, it is highly recommended to get the best possible armor (by completing all the favors for the Brok and Sindri dwarves) and enchant your melee weapon with the best (optimally epic) runes available.
Additionally, before reaching the Valkyrie's lair, it's a good idea to equip the berserker's resurrection stone (it allows you to resurrect Kratos once with maximum fury) and to fully charge up the rage bar in order to be able to use it after the start of the duel with Eir.
The duel with Eir can be started by attacking the boss before it engages into the battle. Eir attacks mostly in melee range and shortens the distance with charges, while trying to blind Kratos with light.
As in the case of Gunnr's Valkyrie, the charge exposes Eir to the main character's attacks. It should be noted, however, that successful attacks can be more difficult in this case, as Eir can hide behind her wings (example is shown in the attached picture), which allows her to evade injuries. Hitting a hiding Eir with a melee shield won't cause her to take damage, but it will force her to expose herself again and allow you to resume the duel.
This is a fairly easy fight, though it can be time consuming due to the aforementioned boss blocks. Eir can occasionally use single red attacks and once you notice this color then your only option is to dodge, as these attacks cannot be stopped.
