How to unlock Stacked Ham Sandwich (+50% EXP)? Final Fantasy XV Guide

Stacked Ham Sandwich is a type of meal that Ignis can prepare at a camp. The sandwich won't give any powerful combat-related buffs to the party, although it offers a significant (50%!) increase in experience gain. This meal and the Moogle Charm (described in a separate FAQ chapter) will give you a 70% experience gain increase. To unlock this recipe for Ignis you have to purchase a Fat Chocobo Triple-Decker from Wiz, a man located at Wiz Chocobo Farm - the same guy you've spoken to when unlocking access to Chocobos.

However, unlocking access to this sandwich won't be so easy - you have to complete a series of quests for the mentioned character. Those are:

• Friends of a Feather (description can be found in "How to unlock access to Chocobo?" chapter of this guide),
• Where the Wild Chocobos Are,
• Bird on the Brink,
• A Feathery Feast.

The quest can be started by interacting with a book lying on top of a table next to Wiz, at Wiz Chocobo Farm. The quest requires you to take a photo of a specific Chocobo. You have to travel to the same place where you've fought with Deadeye (walkthrough can be found in "How to unlock access to Chocobo?" chapter). Once there, you have to look for a chocobo running in the area, approach it and interact with the bird to take a photo. Afterwards, you have to get back to Wiz, interact with the book again and complete the quest, unlocking the next one as well.

The quest can be started by interacting with the book lying on the table.

To start the quest you have to travel to Wiz Chocobo Post and approach one of the characters there, Wiz. There's a book lying on a table next to the man - interact with it to start a conversation. Afterwards, a new quest will be added to your journal and you will be tasking with finding an injured Chocobo and healing it with a Potion.

And here's the injured bird.

The quest is trivial - you just have to travel to the specified place (use Regalia to get there quicker), approach the bird marked on the map and interact with it. After a short conversation you will be asked if you want to use a Potion to heal it - agree to it. Now you have to get back to Wiz and interact with the book again - this will start a conversation and complete the quest.

A Feathery Feast

Reward: Unlocks access to Stacked Ham Sandwich

There's a high chance that you already have the ingredient - you won't have to travel to collect it.

Interact with the book lying on the table to start a conversation, during which you will learn that Wiz needs a cooking ingredient - Aegir Root. There's a high chance that you already have the ingredient in your inventory - the quest will be then updated and you will need to interact with the book again. If, however, you don't have the necessary ingredient, you shouldn't worry too much - a marker on the map will appear, showing you the exact location where you can acquire it. You just have to travel there, collect Aegir Roots and get back to Wiz.

All that's left is to purchase a Fat chocobo Triple-Decker from Wiz.

Once you're done with the quest, you will unlock access to Fat Chocobo Triple-Decker. The sandwich is available from Wiz for 1,100 Gil. Purchasing it once will cause Ignis to learn the recipe (Stacked Ham Sandwich), allowing you to "order it" each time you camp in the wilderness
