The second (in the quest log) dungeon from the Menace group is the one in which more troublesome enemies start to appear. The recommended level to visit this place is 65, although it's highly advised to come here with a higher level, as the foes here are way more dangerous than in previous one.

The entrance can be found at the end of Glacial Grotto dungeon - hidden behind a narrow passage next to a wall.

The best approach is to continuously block the enemies' attacks whenever the prompt appears on the screen.
