Get to the cave. You can warm yourself at the fire on your way.

Go towards the cave after reaching the marked location. Watch out for few enemies on your way - remain hidden if possible. Luckily, the enemies in this area aren't the hardest ones. Calling a wolf should be enough help.

Now walk towards the cave and jump down into the water. Walk out on the other side and climb up on the creeper hanging from the rock. Use grappling claw in the place shown on the picture. Swing on the rope and jump to the other side. Warm yourself up in the cave and go deeper inside.

Quickly eliminate incoming enemies.

Inside you will find wounded Karoosh. Give him a green leaf and then prepare yourself for an enemy attack. While walking from the cave, observe the health of your ally and prioritize elimination of enemies that directly threaten his life.

Watch out for two shooters standing on the sides of the exit.

When leaving the cave you must especially watch out for slingers standing on the rocks on both sides. First you should eliminate the enemies that will run towards you. Once you get rid of them, use bow or some other weapon to kill the mentioned slingers. Then keep eliminating the remaining opponents. Once the area is clear, collect the arrows and follow Karoosh towards the camp exit. Here you will find three final opponents. Killing them will end the mission.
