Deep Wounds | Walkthrough Far Cry Primal Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
After the cutscene ends, you will find yourself in the land of Oros. You first task, given to you by Sayla, will be to find and collect green leaves. In order to do so, head towards the river (the exact location will be marked on the map).
While you're on your way, it's worth to stop for a moment and use the opportunity to hunt deer. Generally speaking, from this point onwards you will have freedom of movement. This allows you to travel almost everywhere - which is why you shouldn't waste any opportunity to hunt animals to gather valuable resources used for upgrades.
Green leaves can be found near the river - those will be needed to tend to Sayla's wounds. Furthermore, you will also meet the first member of the Udam tribe here. You can sneak up on the enemy to get rid of him in a quick and silent manner. Move in a crouched position and as soon as you are close enough, an icon will appear on the screen, informing you that the takedown is possible.
Be careful on your way back, as you will stumble upon a small group of cannibals. Try to eliminate them from afar, by using your bow. However, if that fails and you are forced into melee combat, swap your weapon for the club and take out the pair of enemies using melee weapons as well. When they are dealt with, focus on the last enemy - you can hide behind trees to avoid fire. Heal if needed, take out the archer, and then head to the cave to complete the mission.
