The Following expansion is characterized by similar system requirements as the base game. The add-on came together with the Enhanced Edition, offering some enhancements to the graphics, increasing the requirements by a little amount. The game works flawlessly even when exploring vast, detailed rural areas. Slight and short drops in the amount of frames happen only during the most intense encounters, in the village located on the eastern corner of the map, among others. The game is stable and lacks any burdensome bugs, spoiling the experience with the game, or forcing you to reload a mission.

Note - The Following expansion requires the base Dying Light game. Alternatively, you can purchase the whole package, which contains the main story campaign, the discussed add-on, and all the small DLCs (like the Bozak Horde mode).

The above configuration allowed the game to run in the 1920x1200 resolution, with all the graphics options maxed-out.
