How to unlock: listening to the conversation between Tolga and Fatin, after completion of the Secret Project side quest.

Get the fuel line from the airplane wreck.

In order to unlock this quest, you must complete the Secret Project side quest and wait for Tolga and Fatin to contact Crane via the radio for the last time. The main character will be asked to bring them the fuel line from the airplane wreck, crashed by the twins earlier in the story. The plane can be found in the southern section of the map, although you should be cautious when in the direct vicinity, as there can be, for instance, running infected in the area. Approach the plane's engine and collect the Fuel Line.

A rocket-fueled wagon in the action...

Reach the wagon where Tolga and Fatin are again. Give them the part that they need and watch them conduct an experiment. As a result, the tunnel will collapse.

Despite the fact that the quest has ended, don't leave this place yet, because you should still collect the Hacking Tool. It is lying on the wooden table shown in the screenshot above. Obtaining this item will allow you to open Mysterious Boxes that contain valuable treasures (Blueprints, new skins for your Buggy, etc.)

Note - if you've missed the chance to collect the Hacking Tool, you can return for it later in the game. You will find it in the same place, near the entrance to the tunnel.
