Eliminate Delilah Copperspoon | Mission 9 Dishonored 2 Guide

After you enter the castle, you will be able to choose between two ways to Delilah. One of them is the lift on the left and the other one is the way through the Safe Haven at the top level of the castle. The lift is deactivated and the only way to activate it is to get to the basement, where there is power supple for the entire building. It is a good idea to go there for the rune that you find there. First of all, however, enter the first room, where there are two witches and eliminate them.
After you have dealt with the opponents, approach the blocked-off passage and collect the map of Dunwall Tower hanging on the left. Then, jump over the blockade and make it into the main chamber. Right after you have made it over the blockade, look at the corpse hanging in the center and destroy the gravehound skull with the crossbow. The dead man is the High Overseer, who has two bone charms on him.
Go to the basement, where you find stairs into the kitchen. In the first room, there are two witches. Deal with them. After that, go to the neighboring rooms and walk out into the corridor, where you encounter two more witches. Before you deal with them, jump onto the pipes under the ceiling, approach them and they will start talking. At the end of the corridor, there also is a clockwork soldier, who is patrolling the area. Go there and place a stun mine around the corner to eliminate him. After that, return to the witches and eliminate them also. If the witches do not go separate ways, you can use a bottle that you have found in the kitchen to distract them.
Follow the corridor and take the first right turn. Here, you will find stairs down into the basement, where you can re-power the lift.
Your task now is to take the whale oil tank, fill it up and place it in the third box. As soon as you do that, jump onto the pipes above and wait in the spot shown in the above screenshot. Here, you will also find another rune. Two witches will come down to the basement and one of them will start searching the area near whale oil tanks. The other one will sit on the crates shown in the above screenshot. Blink towards her, or use Far Reach to choke her. The witch will teleport to the center of the basement, which will create an opportunity for you to eliminate her. Do the same in the case of the other one.
Note! After you restore power you will be able to return to the beginning of the location and ride to the rooftop on the lift, where there is the way straight to Delilah. If, on the other hand, you want to explore individual parts of Dunwall Tower and eliminate Delilah in a non-hostile way, read the below hints.
Walk out of the basement and go right. You will reach the area shown in the above screenshot. Next to the stairs, there is a clockwork soldier, whom you have to destroy. Use spring razor (upgraded) or tier three stun mine to eliminate the opponent the easy way. On the right, there is a dining room with several witches and a clockwork soldier.
Instead of fighting with all of the witches, backtrack into the previous location and head to the door on the right. Here, you will find the overseer chapel, where you will learn Delilah's secret. You will be able to create a corrupt rune that will trap her in a painting forever (the non-hostile approach). First of all, collect the Overseer's Note - Delilah on Rune Harmony and listen to the nearby audiograph. After you have read the note, collect the dried algae, human bone (skull), pigments and use them to craft the corrupt rune on the altar.
After you have collected the rune, walk out of the room and go right. Here, you will find a blocked-off passage to the dining room. From here, you will be able to eliminate two witches, standing next to each other. On the right, there is a semi-active clockwork soldier, whom you can eliminate using stun mines.
Climb up the main stairs now. In the spot shown in the above screenshot, take the first right turn and hide between the planks above the entrance. The corridor is being patrolled by another clockwork soldier that you have to destroy. Just as it has been mentioned, above the entrance, there are planks that connect two separate rooms. In one of the rooms, there is a petrified civilian, with whom you can talk for a moment. Also, in the same room, there are some valuables and a bone charm.
Go to the corridor to the left, now and jump onto the bookshelf shown in the above screenshot. At the end of the path, you will run into two witches who can see each other. Drop down and bang on the shelf to lure one of them. Eliminate one of them as soon as they split. Farther on, at the main door into the chambers of the imperial guard, there is another witch. The exploration of the chambers will count as an additional activity.
After you have explored the room, walk out into the corridor and go right (the above screenshot). Behind the wall, there are hounds, Which is why you should jump onto the chandelier and use the crossbow.
The noise of destroying gravehound skulls will also attract witches. Eliminate them and enter the room on the left (in the above screenshot, you can see the door to the room). Inside, there is another bone charm on the chest.
After you have collected the charm, leave the room and go left. This way, you will get to the spot shown in the above screenshot. On the right side of the fireplace, there is a lamp that you can move. This will open a secret door in the fireplace, which will take you to Jessamine Secret Room, from where you can go to Safe Haven leading up to the throne room.
After you make it over to Safe Haven you can collect the last collectible in the game, Emily's doll from the toilet- Mrs. Pilsen.
Go down now to the throne room and, while at the door, in the spot shown in the above screenshot, Blink or Far-Reach upstairs. While there, you will notice Delilah Copperspoon on the throne and three hounds. If you want the ghost rating at the end of the mission, you have to use stinging darts on each of the hounds.
As soon as the hounds escape, use the heart on Delilah to start a short cutscene.
Note! It is REQUIRED to use the heart on Delilah to kill her and to eliminate her non-lethally. If you do not do that and attack her instead, you will die instantly, because you will be unable to kill her (she is invincible). The fight will last up to the moment that you die, regardless of how much damage you deal to her.
If you want to eliminate her non-lethally, right after Delilah enters the painting, place the corrupt rune in the slot at the throne. Only then, follow Delilah into the imaginary land.
Note! In the case of non-lethal elimination, under no circumstances, should you walk on the ground surrounding the throne in the magic land. Instead, follow the below instructions. Delilah uses clones that the game marks as the actual Delilah to lead you astray. In fact, the actual Delilah is on the rocks above the entrance.
Right after you enter the magic land, go right in the spot shown in the above screenshot and right again, thanks to which you get to the spot located behind the entrance.
Climb up the rocks shown in the above screenshot, even if you do not have any power. This way, you will get to Delilah herself.
Delilah is currently controlling her clones and watching over everything. If you want to, you can choke her from behind, but try to move backwards while doing that, to prevent the clones from seeing you. This way, you will retain your ghost status. After you have eliminated Delilah, pick up her body and go back to reality across the portal down below and put her on the throne. The final step will be to save your daughter/father (or not) and watch the ending. Congratulations!
