After you're done with the optional exploration of Aramis' manor, head to the first floor and go through the door leading to the backyard. You'll find yourself on a balcony with a wonderful view of the whole square. Watch out for the guard though. Instead of crossing the heavily guarded yard, head either left or right and use the wooden scaffolding to get behind Aramis Stilton.
Note! If you have some secrets left to collect in the present, do it before you deal with Stilton. Once you kill or knock him out, the present will be altered, rendering it impossible to return to the moment when you first entered the manor.
If you're done exploring and have nothing more to collect, sneak behind Aramis (using the scaffolding) and jump down the balcony. There will be a notebook on the right, containing the code to open the door to the secret room. At this point you can steal the notebook and do what you want with Aramis. If you leave him be, the present will remain unchanged. If you incapacitate him, Aramis will be unable to attend the secret ritual (and go insane). The present will be changed for the better, the district residents will be happy, and you will be able to collect some additional secrets later in the mission. If you kill Aramis, you will find his manor empty and put up for sale. Another important difference to the plot will be the event in which Meagan loses an eye and a hand. This will not happen only if you decide to incapacitate Stilton. You will hear the details from Meagan herself, both hands and eyes intact, aboard the ship.
Whatever you decide, pick up Stilton's journal and head back to the manor. On the first floor, you'll find a door leading to a secret room. If you want to complete a special action and have taken care of Aramis, one way or another, return to the present and smash the board blocking the door. Having completed this simple procedure, enter the room and the Timepiece will automatically transport you to the past. This will enable you to complete the special action which required you to enter the room without relying on the code from Aramis' notebook.
Observe the two rituals taking place within Aramis Stilton's office to learn how Delilah gained her immortality. Once you're done, head back to the Dust District and return to Sokolov to finish the mission.
Note! If you've knocked out Stilton, you'll be able to collect additional secrets in the altered present. Keep in mind that when "re-exploring" the estate, the civilians you encounter are able to see you. Sneak past them or knock the out, if you're aiming for the Ghost and / or Merciful achievements.
Assuming Stilton is still alive, first head for his new office on the first floor. The screenshot shows an elevator and a corridor behind it, leading right, to the office. Inside you'll find some valuables and a bonecharm. Having collected the amulet, exit the estate and, after a cut-scene conversation with the Outsider, head for the Dust District.
Once back in Dust District, head for the apartment in front of you, where you can talk to Lucia Pastor and acquire a bonecharm hidden in the room next door.
After you arrive to the main area of Dust District, you'll be able to collect another rune. Move to the right and climb the scaffolding shown on the screenshot. You'll find the rune on its far end.
Your job here done, jump down and head to the rooftop on the right. There, you'll find another bonecharm. Having collected it, go meet up with Sokolov, but before you talk to him, turn right, where you'll find the final bonecharm in this mission.
