Last update: 02 April 2021
The You're Safe Now mission series focuses on the story of Lisa, one of the characters in Days Gone. These missions are intertwined with the main plotline and are a part of it, not just a side element. The following chapter describes all the missions dedicated to Lisa.
- It's Not Safe Here
- They Won't Let Me leave
- I Brought You Something
- What Have They Done
- No Place Else To Go
- Searching for Lisa
- I Kept My Name
It's Not Safe Here
You will start this task shortly after completing the last mission of Gear Up For the Ride: Drugged Outta His Mind. This mission takes place in the northern part of the map in the Belknap region. Get across the bridge (or across the river next to it) to the town where a cutscene begins. After that, get ready to fight. You have to go through the whole town and take down all the Rippers on your way to continue the thread.
Once the whole area has been cleared, go behind the blue house. You will find a knocked down ladder there: place it against the wall and enter the building through the upper floor.
When you leave the building, the Rippers will be replaced by Freakers. Make your way to the motorcycle. Nearby you will encounter a slightly more powerful enemy - a black bear. Don't use too much of your ammo supply or search for spare ammunition before you get closer to the vehicle.
You can beat the bear in a very simple way: set yourself at any concrete barrier and jump over it as the bear approaches, shooting it in the meantime. If you don't have a lot of ammunition, be sure to aim for the head.
- Take Lisa to Tucker's camp now. Along the way, you'll encounter an ambush in a tunnel (a few Freakers).
- After this mission you will unlock the next quest of I Remember: It Was On Me & Making Contact and another mission in He's My Brother: It's a Rifle, Not a Gun.
They Won't Let Me leave
You will unlock the mission after completing Copeland's hunting quest (He's My Brother: It's a Rifle, Not a Gun / We're Getting Low on Meat). You're only coming here for a moment to talk to Lisa. After leaving the camp, Boozer will contact you, but for now he does not offer you a new quest, but you will be contacted by Tucker for the following task: The Rest of Our Drugs (Bounty Hunter).
I Brought You Something
This mission will begin when you have completed the task for Tucker: The Rest of Our Drugs (Bounty Hunter), after a radio conversation with Boozer. Go near the igneous rocks in Belknap. You'll find an empty souvenir shop there - take the rock from the shelf and take it to Lisa in Tucker's camp.
What Have They Done
Once you have completed Give Me a Couple of Days (He's My Brother), Tucker will contact you with another quest.
Go back to the store where you took the stone for Lisa. You must now go through a long corridor full of Rippers to reach Lisa trapped at the end of the labyrinth. Be sure to refuel your motorcycle before going to the labyrinth - you'll need a full tank to get back to the camp. Get ready for this mission: take your favorite weapons and a large supply of ammunition and medicine - this is a potential test of your skills. However, the mission itself is not very difficult.
Having freed Lisa, return through the shortcut to your motorcycle, where you will still meet Rippers on the way, and finally two enemies near your motorcycle. Then go to the camp in the first region where Rikki is waiting for you.
No Place Else To Go
After breaking into the infirmary in the Not Gonna Kill Anyone (He's My Brother) mission, return with Rikki to Boozer and take him to the infirmary. From here you jump again to the mission in He's My Brother - We've Done Things.
Searching for Lisa
When you finish the prologue at Mike's camp in Lost Lake, We've Done Things (He's My Brother), you will get information that Lisa is missing again. The trail leads to a town in the west, where a Freakers Breeding Zone is located. You have to go to a white building. You can get inside through the garage, after pushing away the car. Inside you will find not Lisa, but only a letter in the children's room.
I Kept My Name
After the betrayal by Skizzo and Lisa's help, you must find a way out of the Rippers camp. Go outside through the first floor, you only have a knife. Ear to The Ground (Survival) may come in handy in this situation (enemies are visible through walls).
Exit through the floor outside, avoiding groups of enemies. There, move right behind the buildings and enter the second house through the floor to find your stuff (on the first floor). Despite that, you still can't be detected.
After finding a jacket begin to escape, but remember to help Lisa too. Use the window to enter the next building.
