General information about trophies in Days Gone
- There are 46 trophies available in Days Gone - 1 platinum, 2 gold, 15 silver and 28 bronze ones.
- Trophies can be earned by playing at any level of difficulty. It is not necessary, to choose lowest difficulty settings to help yourself in quick completion of the game. Most of the time Days Gone is not a very demanding production and most missions are easy to handle at normal difficulty level.
- The game world in Days Gone has a few dozen hordes of Freakers, but to get platinum trophy you need to defeat only one Horde. On a separate page of our trophy guide we identified a small Horde, the elimination of which shouldn't be too troublesome.
- Unlocking all trophies should take about 30 hours. You can make it much easier to get platinum if from the very beginning of the game you'll remember to pick up and explore all interactive items on your way. The game makes it easy to find them by activating survival vision ("scanning " the area).
- The two most time-consuming trophies are You've Got Red on You and Lend Me Your Ears. Try to constantly loot the bodies of dead enemies and collect the ears from the corpses of defeated Freakers.
- You don't have to complete the game in 100% to get platinum trophy. This is best seen when gathering collectibles, because Deacon has to find "only" 75% of them. The game does not force, for example, taking care of all missions, but only individual storylines.
One Percenter
Trophy type: platinum
Requirements: All trophies have been unlocked.
Just a Flesh Wound

Special Delivery
Trophy type: bronze
How to unlock: Get Tucker or Copeland a cooler.
Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. During one of the missions Deacon has to make a choice (shown in the attached image). It makes no difference who you will choose as the benefiter. It's received in both cases.
The Ends and the Means

How to unlock: Find out what happened to NERO.
Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it.
Lost and Found

Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it. The trophy concerns a trip to a new region of the game's world - Lost Lake.
Brothers in Arm
Trophy type: bronze

Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it.

Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it.
Morior Invictus
Trophy type: silver
How to unlock: Hit the road to get back what belongs to you.
Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it.
I've Been Waiting for This
Trophy type: bronze
How to unlock: Take revenge once and for all.
Commentary: This is one of the trophies automatically awarded when passing the main plot of the game. You can't miss it.
Days Gone
Trophy type: gold
Requirements: Complete the storyline of Days Gone.
Commentary: Only the main missions count. Days Gone features side missions which can be unlocked, e.g. during exploration or when you meet leaders of various camps. You don't have to complete these optional quests.
Ambush Camp Hunter
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Complete the "Ambush Camp Hunter" storyline.
Commentary: You need to recapture all Ambush Camps. You can find them by exploring the world. Move the cursor over a region - the game will inform you about the number of active camps.
You always work in the same way - reach a camp, eliminate all enemies on the surface (stealth is recommended), find the entrance to a bunker, explore it, and find the map.
Infestation Exterminator
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Complete the "Infestation Exterminator" storyline.
Commentary: Destroy all Infestations to unlock this trophy. You can find them during exploration. Move the cursor over a region - the game will inform you about the number of active Infestations.
You always work in the same way - reach an Infestation, find nests, use Molotov cocktails to burn them down. During a day, the monsters will stay in a nest. At night, they will roam the terrains around their nest.
The second version of nests, used by mutated birds, appear in the southern part of the map. Burn them with Molotov cocktails - throw them at the nests located on trees, poles, etc.
On some trees and pillars there may be more than one nest. You have to set fire to each of them separately, which is oing to consume more than one Molotov cocktail.
Marauder Camp Hunter
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Complete the "Marauder Camp Hunter" storyline.
Commentary: Liberate all Marauder Camps to unlock this trophy. These locations aren't available during free exploration. You can capture them during missions given to you by leaders of various allied camps.
You always work in the same way - reach a camp and eliminate all marauders. We recommend a stealth approach - if the enemies raise the alarm, you will be attacked by reinforcements. This will make the fight more difficult for you.
World's End
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Complete the "World's End" storyline.
Commentary: World's End plotline is about visiting NERO Checkpoints. You can learn about their locations by examining maps hidden inside the bunkers in Ambush Camps or by exploring the world.
Once you reach a checkpoint, look for a generator and fill it up with fuel (a canister is always nearby). Some checkpoints will also require you to find fuses. Remember to visit every main building and get an Injector. More about that on How to unlock access to a NERO Checkpoint? page.
The requirements of this trophy do not include NERO Research Sites, i.e. points of interest where white boxes can also be found. Reaching them is fully optional.
One Down
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Defeat your first Horde.
Farewell Drift
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Spend a total of 10 minutes drifting while on your motorcycle.
Commentary: Press the Circle to drift. We recommend using it on even and wide surfaces - Deacon won't hit an obstacle while he is drifting.
This is a Knife
Trophy type: silver
How to unlock: Kill a Breaker, Reacher or Rager with a knife.
Commentary: More details about this trophy on a separate page.
Ghost of Farewell
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Execute 100 stealth kills.
Commentary: A simple trophy - you should get it at some point during your playthrough. Simply look for a chance to sneak up on a human or a Freaker. Press the Triangle when you get behind their back to perform a stealth kill.
Old Reliable
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Kill 200 enemies with a weapon you crafted.
Commentary: This trophy requires you to kill enemies with a crafted melee weapon. You can get craft recipes by completing certain story and Ambush Camp missions.
Once you get a craft recipe, look for the required melee weapon (in our case, we had to get a baseball bat). Open the Survival Wheel and select the weapon you can craft. Besides the base weapon, you will also need crafting materials (we needed scrap and a box of nails).
Use this weapon to kill humans and Freakers. If you want to get this trophy faster, get the skill that increases melee damage and unlocks the option to repair crafter weapons. Each hit reduces durability - when it goes down to 0%, this weapon will be useless. More information in Crafting chapter.
Variety is the Spice of Life
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Kill an enemy with every available type of crossbow bolt.
Commentary: There are five types of bolts - some of them are unlocked during the main storyline, others need the right craft recipe (found in bunkers in Ambush Camps). Detailed description about unlocking this trophy is on a separate page of our guide.
Farewell Original
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Purchase an upgrade for your motorcycle from the Performance, Visual, and Paint categories.
Commentary: An easy trophy that can be unlocked within the first few hours. Visit Manny (the mechanic) in Copeland's Camp. The mechanic menu has three tabs - Performance, Visual, and Paint. Buy one upgrade per category, e.g. a new exhaust (Performance), a new lamp (Visual) and a new color or a decal (Paint).
Some upgrades for your motorbike may require you to reach Trust 1 level in Copeland's Camp. Complete missions received from people staying in that camp, bring them supplies and Freaker ears - keep doing that until you reach 5,000 trust points. More information about the reputation system in Days Gone in, e.g. Camps chapter.
First Time Buyer
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Upgrade your bike for the first time.
Commentary: An easy trophy that can be unlocked within the first few hours. Visit Manny (the mechanic) in Copeland's Camp and buy any of the upgrades.
The picture above shows our example where you bought Exhaust I upgrade (it reduces the bike's noise). You can purchase this upgrade after you reach Trust 1 in Copeland's Camp.
Burnout Apocalypse
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: While driving your motorcycle, use both nitro and drift at the same time for at least 5 seconds.
Commentary: You can get this trophy after reaching the final part of the campaign - it requires you to own Nitrous III upgrade. This is the only upgrade that allows you to use a nitrous boost for at least 5 seconds straight. You can buy it from Lucas Monroe in Diamond Lake camp (Crater Lake region). Sadly, you need to reach Trust 3 level in that camp before you are able to get the upgrade.
Once you purchase and install Nitrous III, drive to a large open space. Start drifting to the left or the right and then press and hold the X button to activate the nitrous boost. Keep doing that until you get the trophy.
If you have any problems with controlling the motorcycle during the five-second drift with nitro enabled, go to any mechanic and install the basic engine. This will allow you to intentionally degrade the performance of the machine and you will be able to drift in a smaller area.
The Art of Bike Repair
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Use up 100 scrap while working on your bike.
Commentary: You should get this trophy at some point during your playthrough. When Deacon's bike gets damaged, you can repair it with scrap - approach the bike and hold the Circle button. You can get scrap from destroyed vehicles or you can find it lying on the ground. More information about repairing your bike on How to repair the bike? page.
You've Got Red on You
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Loot 541 items from corpses.
Commentary: This might be one of the last few trophies you unlock. Looting 541 corpses takes a lot of time, especially since there are two important restrictions:
- The game doesn't count instances when you loot a Freaker's corpse and get their ear. These items have a separate trophy called Lend Me Your Ears.
- You can't always pick up items that belonged to your dead enemy. This can happen when Deacon is carrying the maximum quantity of a given item. Try to use up your supplies on a regular basis to avoid this problem. You can also unlock Carry That Weight skill to increase your inventory space.
Lend Me Your Ears
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Collect 989 Freaker Ears.
Commentary: A time-consuming trophy but it won't take as much as you would think. You collect Freakers' ears by walking over their corpses - you don't have to stop and press/hold the interaction button.
Try to always pick up Freakers' ears after you kill them - ears that weren't picked up by Deacon are marked on the mini-map with an X icon (the same one used for other types of loot). Hordes are a great source of ears - you can either defeat all Freakers that are part of it or kill some of them.
Finders Keepers
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Acquire your first collectable.
Commentary: You don't have to look for the first collectible - you get it automatically during the prologue.
Wannabe Fortune Hunter
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Gather 50% of collectables.
Commentary: Check the description of The Broken Roadshow trophy.
The Broken Roadshow
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Gather 75% of collectables.
Commentary: Days Gone has a total of 240 collectibles. This trophy requires you to get 75% of them - 180 collectibles. You can check them in one of the tabs in Storylines menu. As you progress through the game, you will get new entries and categories. More about the collectibles in Collectibles and optional locations chapter.
Here you can find a few useful tips regarding the collectibles:
- Use the Survivor Mode as often as possible. "Scan" the terrains around you for interactive objects - some of them can be collectibles.
- Explore every camp and every optional location. In camps, you can find, e.g. notes left by important NPCs. As for the optional locations, they can hide, e.g. postcards or audio recordings (every NERO checkpoint and research site has one recording).
- Historical markers are placed on the map. You shouldn't have problems with finding them. Simply drive to that place and interact with, e.g. a memorial tablet.
- Collect as many herbs as possible. Each new type of herb is treated as a separate collectible in Deacon's journal. Each region has a few unique types of herbs.
Surviving Isn't Living
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Rescue 10 survivors.
Commentary: Survivors are one of the random events you will encounter during your playthrough. Deacon can, e.g. find bandits' camp with hostages kept inside, or a car with a person locked inside. Once you rescue a person, you can tell them to go to one of the camps you have already visited.
More about survivors in Where should I send survivors? chapter.
Better Living Through Chemistry
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Upgrade either your Health, Stamina or Focus for the first time.
Commetnary: Check the description for Performance Enhanced trophy.
Performance Enhanced
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Achieve the maximum possible level of either Health, Stamina or Focus.
Commentary: More details on a separate page.
Best Friends Forever
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Achieve the Allied trust status with three different Encampments.
Commentary: Check the description for Best Friends Forever (For Life) trophy.
In our opinion, Iron Mike's camp is the easiest one to max out the trust level. One of the reasons is that this camp is connected with two regions (Lost Lake and Iron Butte).
Best Friends Forever (For Life)
Trophy type: gold
How to unlock: Gain the Allied Trust status with three different Encampments
Commentary: This is a time-consuming trophy. It is possible that you will unlock it near the end of your playthrough. Deacon increases his Trust level in encampments by getting Trust points:
- You need 5,000 Trust points to reach Trust 1 level.
- You need 12,500 Trust points to reach Trust 2 level.
- You need 25,000 Trust points to reach Trust 3 level. After that, you will receive Allied status.
The best ways to get Trust points:
- Complete main and side missions related to the particular encampment (these missions must take place in the same region or be given to you by an encampment's leader).
- Eliminate Hordes roaming the lands of the region that "belongs" to the particular encampment.
- Help residents of a particular encampment in defeating Freakers/bandits attacking their territory.
- Deliver Freaker ears, herbs and animal meat to a particular encampment.
You will visit more than three encampments. Choose the ones where you already have a high Trust level.
Make It Rain
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Spend 20000 credits in a single Encampment.
Commentary: Information about all the main camps in the game can be found in the Camps section of our guide. Described trophy can be unlocked in any of them. It does not require any special preparations, as many purchases in the camps are related with the progress in the main story.
- Credits can be obtained primarily through completing missions associated with a particular camp, or by completing tasks commisioned by the camp leader.
- There are other ways to get credits like selling ears of Freaks or selling plants and animal meat.
- The best way to spend your credits is to buy new weapons and motorcycle upgrades. Each such item costs from several hundred to several thousand credits.
- Credits can be spent, for example, to replenish ammunition, to install silencers on your weapons or to purchase additional items like medkits.
- Some products become available only when you advance your level of Trust in the camp. The best method of gaining trust points is to engage in missions.
Welcome to the Party, Pal
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Clear out all Ambush Camps, Infestations, and NERO Checkpoints in a single region.
Commentary: Ambush Camps, Infestation zones, as well as NERO Checkpoints can be found during the exploration of the area. The total number of such sites can be obtained after checking the world map and moving the cursor over the region. In the example shown in the image, in the Belknap region there are 2 NERO Checkpoints, 3 Infestations and 3 Ambush Camps. For the purposes of this trophy you can choose any prefarable zone of the world.
Kitchen Courier
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Sell animal meat or plants in any Encampment.
Commentary: This is a very simple trophy. It can be unlocked during the first visit to the Copeland's Camp, i.e. in the first hours of the game. When you reach the camp, find the Kitchen and sell the cook any plant (they can be collected in the process of free exploration of the game world) or any animal meat (they can be obtained through hunting wild animals).
Don't Stop Me Now
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Unlock your first skill.
Commentary: Go to the description of the trophy called Mr. Fahrenheit.
I'm Out of Control
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Unlock 15 skills.
Commentary: Go to the description of the trophy called Mr. Fahrenheit.
There's No Stopping Me
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Unlock 30 skills.
Commentary: Go to the description of the trophy called Mr. Fahrenheit.
Mr. Fahrenheit
Trophy type: silver
Requirements: Unlock 45 skills.
Commentary: During the game you can unlock up to 45 skills, which means for that particular trophy you have to get them all. The subject of obtaining new skills has been discussed in detail on the Unlock Skills page of our guide that can be found in the Character Development chapter. Here's a reminder of the most important things on that subject:
- Skill points are obtained with each advancement to a higher level of experience.
- XP for subsequent level ups can be obtained by completing main and side missions - this is the fastest way to get a lot of experience.
- Skills are unlocked in three main categories - melee, ranged and survival.
- Each category has a form of a skill tree. You have to unlock enough low-level skills to have the possibility to use the high-level abilities.
- There is a good chance that even after finishing the main plot of the game and completing all the side missions you will have enough skill points to get all abilities in the game. In the endgame, you may kill hordes of Freaks for fun. For this you get a lot of XP separately for each single kill of a Freak for defeating the entire Horde.
Go Kick Rocks
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Destroy 12 Anarchist Cairns.
Commentary: You may encounter Anarchist Cairns during your exploration of the game world. An example is shown in attached image - a typical Cairn. The game doesn't count them to main collectibles. In search of Cairns you may help yourself with survival vision. Interact with each Cairn to knock it down. Detailed description about unlocking this trophy is on a separate page of our guide.
D.I.Y. Oregonian
Trophy type: bronze
Requirements: Craft 50 items.
Commentary: Creating items has been described in superior detail in the Crafting section of our guide. For a reminder, new items can be crafted by wheel of survival. Keep in mind that Deacon should have the required crafting materials and some free space in the inventory for a new item. A great relief is that the trophy counts all kinds of items being created - melee weapons, throwing items, traps, medicines, attractors, etc.
