Days Gone: How to increase inventory capacity? Days Gone guide, walkthrough
Last update: 12 December 2022
Inventory of the main character in Days Gone, unfortunately, has a very limited capacity, and it can prevent you from picking up a lot of new items found during the game. On this page of our guide, we'll show you how to carry more supplies by increasing Deacon's inventory.
The amount of space in your inventory you can increased by acquiring useful skills - Carry That Weight. It is the ability of the fourth level of the Survival category. This means that in order to unlock it, you must first acquire 6 randomly selected skills from the previous levels of the Survival category.
Increasing the capacity of inventory is related with:
- Scrap. From this moment Deacon can transport up to 20 pieces of scrap. This is a huge aid cause such actions as repairs of your motorcycle or fixing melee weapons can quickly use up the subsequent units of scrap. Same goes for crossbow bolts.
- Other components for crafting.
- Explosives, i.e. Molotov cocktails, frag grenades and Pipe Bomb. Deacon can have 6 of each of these items from now on.
- Traps, and therefore, in particular, Proximity Bomb. In this case, you can also transport a maximum of 6 pieces of each trap.
A separate issue is the available amount of ammunition that you can carry. In this case, you need to unlock a completely different ability - Up the Ante. It is the ability of the fifth level in the Ranged category. Unlocking this skill will allow you to move more ammo and reduce the problem of returning to camps or to ammo bags on a motorcycle to replenish its stock.
