Angel City | Combat Titanfall Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
This map mostly consists of urban landscape, so there is a lot of buildings, indoor locations, and roofs that you can jump at. The fighting happens on two levels - in the streets as well as inside and on the buildings. You can easily find a spot from where you can "look down" on others - both figuratively and literally speaking. Use high positions to your advantage.
There is one of the capture points in the building shown at the picture, while in the porch in front of it there is a flag, which can effectively be defended both from the rooftop and from inside the building.
In the middle of the map there is a building with a small courtyard. This is a two-floor block where all exciting close quarter combat happens. You can get to this capture point by the staircase or through windows. While inside, it is good to move a lot, as you never know where an opponent may come from.
There is a capture point in this hangar, and a flag close to it - in the narrow passage. This is the only point on the map that can be captured by a Titan. Since there is a lot of space in front of the hangar, this is where mechs often fight.
Angel City is not a vast map, there are no turrets or ziplines. Neither they are needed, since going from one side of the map to another does not take much time. The fighting mostly happens over short distances or indoors. The rooftops make great vantage points and you can accurately fire from there over long distances. Titans fight in the narrow streets (be careful, as the maneuvering there is difficult) or near the hangar.
