Finding and examining all pioneer wrecks is necessary if you want to get 100% on a planet. In this chapter you can find all the information regarding this topic.

Wreckages are found on various planets of the Atlas system. Usually, their number is similar to the number of ruins found on a given planet. However, you don't have to capture them. Simply examine the area and open the chest found nearby it. They are marked on your map with the icon (see the picture below).

Wreckages on every planet have the same item category. This means that they allow you to collect an entire set of upgrades from a specific category.

These locations are rather easy to find and loot. However, it is also possible that you will encounter a few Outlaws. You have to defeat them - it is impossible to go around them due to their placement. Also, some shipwrecks have elemental chests. To open them you have to use the opposite element. These chests spawn Imps. However, they shouldn't be a problem to you.
