Ashar is one of the planets that are completely under the Legion's control. This is a planet that can be visited, but it is not mandatory to complete the game. You might as well go to Necrom - the second planet of this sector. If you, however, decide to explore Ashar, you will find a brief description of the planet in the following chapter.

Ashar is a planet with a very hostile environment. It is a volcanic planet, with large amounts of lava on its surface, causing your ship to overheat regularly. Unfortunately, you will not be able to avoid contact with it, as some of the locations are completely flooded with it. Additionally, initially the atmosphere of the planet will be completely contaminated by Extractors, preventing you from moving through it with the help of flight. On the other hand, the surface of the planet is relatively flat - moving around the surface should not cause you any problems.

Tips

1. Start eliminating Extractors as soon as possible. This will allow you to gradually clear the atmosphere of the planet.
2. Destroy Imp Hives to be able to place your own outposts. Start off by building Observatories - they do not require influence to build and they will at the same time increase your influence on the planet.
3. Invest in an Armory as soon as possible. This will offer you support, making the process of capturing the planet a lot easier.
