Document #1

You find the first Document right after you get the knife at the beginning of the episode. After you smash the cracked glass pane, you walk into a small room covered with blood. The Document is on the shelf at the wall.

Document #2

This Document is in the main part of the prison. With the grated passage with the mechanism in front of you, which you need the gear for, turn right - the Document is on the desk.

Document #3

In the main part of the prison and in front of the door that requires the gear to open, turn right. You get into a small corridor, where you immediately need to turn left - on the wicker basket, there is the Document.

Document #4

While in the upper part of the prison, in one of the corridor, you encounter an enemy, with the exploding blister on the head, for the first time. In this corridor, at the very end, enter the holding cell. The Document is on the table.

Document #5

A moment after you have found the previous Document, you enter a bigger room, where you are attacked by two mutants dashing out from behind the door. The Document is in the room that has just been opened.

Document #6

In the upper part of the prison, after you find the previous one, follow the narrow corridor into a big room. In the room, there is a crate that Moira opens. The Document is the opened book on the shelf.
