Endings | Episode 4 - Metamorphosis

A choice made at the end of chapter 3 influence the ending of whole game.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 can end in two ways. However, the decision that impacts the ending isn't made in the last episode, but in third, during the battle with Neil. There you can choose whether it will be Claire or Moira that will kill him. You will learn how it impacts the ending in this episode, at the end of Barry campaign.

Good ending

Moira will save Natalie, the battle will continue.

Good ending occurs if it was Moira that killed Neil. During the final battle, Moira will show in a key moment, shooting at Alex and saving Natalie. The fight will continue outside, until the boss is finally defeated. In summary: this ending is slightly longer due to further part of the battle and more cutscenes.

Bad ending

It's no longer the same Natalie...

If it will be Claire that kills Neil in third episode, then Moira won't appear in Barry campaign in the key moment. Natalie won't be saved and Alex will take control of her body. There won't be any further battle and Natalie-Alex will walk away, preparing an unpleasant future for the world.
