The first one is in the house that Pedro opens the door to (by drilling through it). The book is on the shelf, next to the corpse.

You find this Document while exploring the building, where you find the locked grate, at the beginning. While looking for the lever to open the grate, you walk over into a bigger room, in the upper part of the building (you open the grate in the next room). The Document is on one of the shelves.

Document #3

This document is in the house that you use the elevator, at the end of the corridor, in. To find it, enter the bathroom (the corridor on the left)- the note is on the cupboard.
