You open the door as Moira.
After you exit the tunnel, go slightly to the right - there, in the chest next to the attacked entrance, you find a random item. Head towards the big, blue gate and watch out for the two mutated dogs that attack you. There will be two more, when, as Moira, you will be opening the door by the abovementioned big gate.
After you walk on, destroy the crate and give Moira a boost, right next to the broken ladder. After a short cutscene, enter the building.
There, on two shelves, you find Alcohol and in the desk drawer, Clothes. As you follow the path, you get into a big room, in the corner of which there is a blue crate (open it with Moira's crowbar, to find Parts crate).
As you go lower, you will be attacked by two opponents from above. While fighting them, do not get cornered in the small kitchen. Only after you deal with the attack, search through the room to find some ammo.
A more interesting thing, however, is the shotgun on the wall, right next to the big painting (the screenshot). To get it, you are going to need a crate, which you find in the small kitchen (on the cupboard, there is shotgun ammo). Unfortunately, you first need to eliminate the opponent with the axe, inside. Only after you have killed him, carry the crate over, climb onto it and get the TAP194 shotgun. It is a bit weaker, but it is more convenient to use than the one you already have. Finally, raise the gate in the center of the room, a little, and exit the building.
Right after you exit the building, you walk into a small square, where there are two opponents with axes roaming about. Try not to make too much noise here, because there are two mutated dogs here as well, lying on the ground. They move as soon as they spot you. You can eliminate the first one of the opponents easily, as long as you are patient - wait for him to turn his back at you, and get him from behind. Then, walk around the location on the left, from where to shoot the enemy, with the exploding boil on the head, with a well-aimed shot. Then, kill the dog lying nearby (in the thickets, you should also find a Red herb).
At this point, you will probably alarm the other of the opponents. If this is not what happened, approach the railway car and there, at the most convenient moment, get him from behind. Otherwise, use the shotgun that you have just found - five well-aimed shots should do the job. Finally, move the containers in the way into the car, which you need to cross to the other side (inside, you find a Topaz, 100 CP).
Past the car, head towards the building. On the stairs, you notice a small girl that looks like Natalie. Follow her into the building and collect the Empty bottle as you go in (inside, before you descend, using Moira's flashlight, in the room to your left, you find ammo).
Downstairs, behind the double door, there is an opponent covered with boils - as soon as he approaches, he explodes and wounds, and blinds you (the negative effect wears off, immediately after you use the Disinfectant). In the big room, you run into an enemy with an axe, who rushes towards you after you enter.
While searching the room, you find automatic pistol ammo and after Moira opens the crate, Crate with shotgun ammo. To leave this room, head towards the stairs to the right - on the stairs, you should watch out for one more opponent, weaker this time.
In the room upstairs, you will be attacked by an exploding opponent. While here, you can find some ammo (the desk drawer), Alcohol and a Document (the locker to the left of the stairs). Use the flashlight to see under the bed and find shotgun ammo. On the wall to the right of the stairs, there is a Kafka drawing.
In the next room, you find Clothes in the desk drawer. Take interest in the lever here (the screenshot), whose pulling results in opening the grate (opposite the building entrance). It remains open for a short while but, it is long enough to get to the other side. It is best to command Moira to wait ([command for the partner - wait]) next to the passage, pull the lever as Claire, switch to Moira quickly and get to the other side. Then, cut back to Claire, pull the lever and, by [sprinting], join Moira. In the small room (watch out for the mutant rushing your way, right after you open the door) pick up the automatic pistol ammo, and leave.
Downstairs, smash the crate at the left wall (automatic pistol ammo) and kill the opponent here. Under the stairs, there is a Tower emblem. Then, walk over to the next building, across the blue door. Inside, you can use the workbench and upgrade your weapon. Ransack the house - in the bathroom (the door opposite) there is a Document, and a Ruby (250 CP) next to the mailboxes, at the end of the corridor.
After you have done all that, press the button next to the elevator and prepare for it to come - it is advisable that you use the shotgun, because there will be two opponents jumping at you, from inside. Then, take the elevator to the higher level.
There, you find an Empty bottle and you see Natalie again. Then, approach the edge (there is a Tower emblem to the left, on the ground) and jump over it ([action]), following the girl across the door. After the cutscene, follow the corridor and pick up the Clothes on your way. In the next room, you can use the table, thanks to which you can upgrade your weapon. Also, you find here an Empty bottle, shotgun ammo, Topaz (100 CP) and Gunpowder. Before you go down, it is a good idea to combine several of the item that you have found, to craft incendiary or explosive bottles. While atop the stairs, look at the ceiling with your flashlight on, and you will notice a Kafka drawing.
You may need them in a moment because, downstairs, there are more strong opponents with axes. One of the weaker ones attacks you right after you go down and, you can get the next one from behind (this is the safest way to deal with it). If the stealth attack fails, use the bottles that you have just crafted and either blow up the enemies, or set them on fire.
Finally, after you approach the center of the room, there will drop an enemy of a different kind. What makes this fight difficult is not only his deadly attack, or higher resistance to damage, but also the other opponents running about. It is them that you should deal with in the first place (only the ones that threaten you directly, because new ones will be coming anyways), while watch out for the fireballs fired by the opponent (the screenshot). They deal high damage and, additionally set you on fire, which causes even more damage. An effective tactic is dodge at the point at which he fires the slow fireballs. Each time, after such a dodge, you will have several seconds to fire yourself, at the mutant's head, before he attacks again. After a dozen-or-so of well-aimed shots, you will kill the fatso. Eliminating the main opponent, as quickly as possible, is vital, before this stops the rest of the enemies from coming.
After the battle, search the room - here, you find some shotgun ammo, automatic pistol ammo, Explosive bottle and Green herb (if you have not collected them during the fight). Then, approach the door in the screenshot and approach the hole by it. Natalie will squeeze through to open the door for Moira and Claire.
Outside, before you go towards the tower, turn left - there, behind the car wreck, there is a Ruby (250 CP). Approaching the destination point ends this part of the second episode.
