Turn the valves to unlock the passage for the second hero.

Now you will face a quite difficult task. You have to leave the burning Factory (you only have a certain amount of time to do that). First, run left and at the end, help Moira up. As Claire, close the gas supply downstairs. Upstairs, do the same as Moira. As Claire, run through the uncovered passage (the game will auto-save). Close another valve upstairs.

Step back so that you can perform a dodge.

As Moira, you have to run past a big enemy with an axe. Step back onto the platform, dodge and sprint straight ahead. Lift the crate and go onto the upper level (notice the Tower Emblem on the left - you can shoot it down as Claire) and turn the valve.

The place where you should help Moira up.

As Claire, run towards Moira (you will be attacked by the enemies as you go, so kill them immediately or go past them) and then straight onto the larger platform, near the exit (you can read a Note on the table). Approach the burning pipes that fall down - you can lift Moira up there.

Upstairs, you will find a crate with some interesting things inside.

Upstairs, go along the wall, onto the platform, from which you can go to a safe spot (notice the only door with no blades). If you turn left before (if you still have some time), you will find a crate with 4 locks. Inside, there is Parts Box.

Only one door is safe - you can check which one is it as Moira.

Go near the gate and switch to Claire. Approach the safe "door" (as Moira, check them from the other side) and then open it. Now, quickly run to the gate and open it to exit the Factory.
