Combat and unique locations on Water Risers map

Not far from where you can start exploring the map you will find the Big Khan camp - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

Not far from where you can start exploring the map you will find the Big Khan camp. A short conversation with a mutant moose will take place here. After it, Big Khan will join the team. We have described this new potential companion in more detail on the Big Khan - the new team member page of our guide.

In this place there are three new battles available - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

In this place there are three new battles available. The first battle will take place shortly after the meeting with Big Khan - the opponents are on the territory of the nearby farm. For the first time you will meet a mutant called Pod Destroyer, who throws fragmentation grenades instead of using firearms. Try to keep him at a distance and not to put your teammates close together. When Destroyer dies, he will drop a grenade that may explode. Do not kill him from a very short distance to avoid taking unnecessary damage.

Traditionally, Pod Jumper will cause you the most problems. If you want, you can decide to hide some or all of the team members inside the farm building. This will make it harder for Jumper to jump to places where he could launch an easy attack. Pod Rooters will also participate in the combat. Be prepared for the fact that this enemy may unexpectedly ground one of your subordinates.

The second battle will take place shortly after reaching the ship with the inactive tank on board (you can still watch it and listen to the commentary) - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

The second battle will take place shortly after reaching the ship with the inactive tank on board (you can still watch it and listen to the commentary). Before a battle, pay attention to the two bridges connecting the ship and the new area with your opponents. Keep this in mind when you start fighting, as enemies will be able to arrive from two different sides (except Pod Jumpers who can jump freely).

In this battle, Pod Spawner appears for the first time. In appearance it resembles a cocoon and every few moves "spits out" a new enemy. Fortunately, this will not happen in the first round of enemies, and so you have plenty of time to destroy the Spawner. In addition, you can delay the "spawns" by actively attacking the cocoon in subsequent rounds. As the cocoon is stationary, Molotov cocktails or Big Khan's Flame Puke ability can also be helpful, dealing heavy damage every turn.

Immediately after the cocoon is destroyed, you should withdraw to the ship, because there are large objects on board that offer a full cover (e - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

Immediately after the cocoon is destroyed, you should withdraw to the ship, because there are large objects on board that offer a full cover (e.g. a tank or tracked vehicle).

Attack the incoming Pod Wolves (remember to kill them one by one), but be ready to fight with Pod Jumpers. As in previous battles with them, try to use the Knee Shot ability at least once to "ground" one of the jumpers.

The third battle takes place in the final part of the location - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

The third battle takes place in the final part of the location. You will encounter enemies with 80 level of experience. If your team is still pretty weak, consider visiting other maps to strengthen it. Among the opponents there is a Med-Bot and you should already know how to react to the problem - paralyze the robot with an EMP grenade or appropriate weapons / skills. Try to destroy him before he can resurrect someone.

The new Pod Tank will also appear in this battle - Water Risers | World Atlas and walkthrough for Mutant Seed of Evil DLC - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

The new Pod Tank will also appear in this battle. Try again to take control of it with Puppeteer's ability. This can make it easier for you not only to survive, but also to weaken and distract other enemies.

On the left side of the crop field there is another Pod Spawner - it is shown in the attached picture. If you control Pod Tank, it is worth sending it there and attacking the cocoon faster. In the worst case, it will only spit out one additional opponent.
