Optional visits to the previous locations | World Atlas of Mutant Seed of Evil Mutant Year Zero Guide and Walkthrough
Last update: 31 July 2019
On this page of Mutant Year Zero world atlas, we have included descriptions of repeat visits to the locations which are part of Seed of Evil campaign. The reason to go back to locations you have already visit is to defeat new enemies. This is a great opportunity to get XP and find a new loot.
Information about the possible return to an old location can be obtained during the campaign of Seed of Evil.
After receiving the information, you can highlight this location on the world map - you will get confirmation about new activity.

Revisiting The High Road
Enemies - Hunter (level 65), Zone Dog (levels 50 and 65), Shaman (level 65), Butcher (level 50).
Suggested experience level - 65.
Unique loot in the chests - GJP X93 - This weapon deals medium damage, but has excellent additional characteristics. It can destroy covers and shoot EMP rounds meaning that it is perfect against mechanical enemies.
After returning to this map, you will immediately find yourself near the camp occupied by the new high-level opponents. Place the team at a medium distance from the camp and try to kill the Shaman in the first turn. If you don't succeed, he will regularly call for new opponents. The first group summoned by the Shaman will include a Zone Dog and two Butchers.
Once you deal with the Shaman, retreat to the forest and focus on killing the Zone Dogs one by one. Don't forget to explore the camp after winning the battle and take the valuable weapon from the chest.
Revisiting The Sea Titans
Enemies - Bot Lover (level 65), Polis-Bot (level 65), Polis-Bot Enforcer (level 65), Med-Bot (level 65).
Suggested experience level - 65.
Unique loot in the chest - Wraith - A Rambino variant and its distinctive feature is that it has a silencer. This is one of the more powerful weapons for killing single enemies silently without alerting other opponents.
Go to the pier again. However, don't move too close to the enemies - if you stay away from them, there is a chance that not all of them will get alarmed once the battle starts. This can help you win the fight. The only living person in this location is Bot Lover. Fortunately, he isn't a mini-boss - this is just a regular Hunter with a different name.
Bot Lover is accompanied by different types of robots. Pay a lot of attention to Polis-Bot Enforcers. Use Circuit Breaker, EMP grenades or other methods to paralyze them and prevent them from "jumping" across the map. After Bot Lover dies, Med-Bot will join the fight (this enemy was hiding on the ferry's deck). Stop it and destroy before it can get to Bot Lover and resurrect him.
The chest with a unique loot is located in the middle of the street. Before leaving this place, check the hill on the right and ferry. There, you can find additional bots that haven't joined the main battles.
Revisiting House of Bones
Enemies - Hotsauce (level 80), Torchjob (level 80), Marauder (level 80), Med-Bot (level 80), Hunter (level 80), Pyro (level 80).
Suggested experience level - 80.
Unique loot in the chest - Flamer - A unique pistol that shoots burning rounds. This is a great weapon for setting fire to enemies or cocoons found on the new maps of this expansion.
The enemies are standing around a large destroyed building - in the area where you had to rescue Magnus during the main campaign. Winning this battle is difficult. In addition to the "normal" opponents, you also have to defeat two mini-bosses - Hotsauce and Torchjob. Each of these characters is a stronger version of a Tank, which means that they can counteract and stun those team members who aren't protected by a special armor. Fortunately, there's a chance that Torchjob won't notice the team immediately, and you will only fight with Hotsauce.
If your team has good silent weapons, you can try to get rid of a few individual opponents like a Hunter or Marauder. We recommend sneaking to the upper floor of the main destroyed building (there are several ladders to choose from). The floor is patrolled by, e.g. a Med-Bot. Destroying it is a good way to start a battle.
Place your characters on the floor and get ready for defense. It can go in several ways - if Hotsauce appears here, try to use Puppeteer, one of Magnus' skills, on him to take control of that enemy. You can also throw frag grenades at enemies who have reached the floor. An additional advantage of this method is that the floor under them will collapse. Opponents not only get damage from falling down but also lose the ability to re-approach your team from the same side.
Leave the enemies farther away from you, like Torchjob, for last. Since your characters or on the floor, they have a great field of view and can shoot incoming enemies from far away. Once the fight is over, don't forget to explore the camp. Flamer, a unique pistol, is inside the chest near the place where Torchjob was.
Revisiting Metal Fields
Opponents - Trainspotter (level 80), Railfan (level 80), Med-Bot (level 80), Hunter (level 80), Marauder (level 80), Pyro (level 80),
Suggested experience level - 80.
Unique loot in chests - Noatun - LP50 - The same weapon was found in the "main" location called Mausoleum of Suburbia. It is a heavy pistol that can destroy covers and push opponents away (has a 100% chance).
Trainspotter and Railfan are mini-bosses that have appeared on the station. Fortunately, the are standing away from each other. There is a chance that after attacking one of them, the other mini-boss won't reach the battlefield immediately. You only need to remember not to get too close to the enemies located farther away. Each of the mini-bosses can hit teammates with electricity - spread your characters out. These enemies can also block the first attack with their shield. Fortunately, the next attacks will be successful.
Among the "normal" opponents, you need to watch out for the Pyro (we advise you to spread your characters out) and either destroy or stop the Med-Bot as soon as it moves out to resurrect one of the dead enemies. You can use buildings and large covers (e.g. cars) to place your characters in good positions and respond to the actions of opponents. Once the battle ends, inspect the camp where a Railfan stood - you will find a chest with Noatun LP50.
Revisiting Spear of Heaven
Enemies - Polis-Bot (level 80), Polis-Bot Enforcer (level 80), Long Witch (level 80), Granny Grey (level 80), Butcher (level 80), Med-Bot (level 80), Hunter (level 80), Sect Zealot (level 80), Marauder (level 80)
Suggested experience level - 80.
Unique loot in chests - Helm of the Speaker - A headgear that guarantees 100% chance of dealing critical damage when your character attacks from an elevated position. This item is useful on maps that allow, for example, to reach higher floors and attack enemies from above.
After returning to the Spear of Heaven, you have to defeat one or two small enemy patrols before you reach the ruined church occupied by the largest group. You can come across two robots and several regular opponents. While fighting, don't move too much forward if you don't want to prematurely alert other enemies.
The main battle will take place in the church and in the area near that place. In addition to the new "normal" opponents, you will also face two mini-bosses. Long Witch is a female sniper whose default location is the church's upper floor. Place your team members behind full covers. There is a high probability that the mini-boss will constantly try to fire from the same spot - each shot will either end with a miss or force the mini-boss to go on standby. If you have any problems with attacking Long Witch, you can throw her a grenade to make the floor collapse. She will lose the cover and receive damage from falling down.
The second mini-boss is Granny Grey. She can summon regular enemies. You can sneak up to the church and use the Puppeteer skill on her. If you manage to control her mind, you will not only stop her from summoning new enemies but also get her attacked by other opponents.
Don't ignore the regular enemies. Try to sabotage or destroy the Med-Bot as soon as it appears in your field of vision. You should also watch out for the Sect Zealot. This enemy can use electric attacks - the discharges will jump between your characters if they stand too close to each other. Focus on killing the Zealot fast or spread out your heroes. The chest with the Helm of the Speaker is near the pulpit in the church, the one where you fought Granny Grey.
