List of mission 1 secrets
In chapter 1, you can find 11 secrets.

Remember to collect all the collectibles in chapter 1 in one go. You can't save progress while replaying chapters. This is especially important for costumes - you need to get all of them to unlock the platinum trophy.
Archives: Team Costumes
You can find the first collectible right after starting Chapter 1, i.e. when you first find yourself aboard the Milano ship.
Don't go straight to the bridge, but rather look inside Rocket's cabin (the cabins of each Guardian are labeled). Explore it to find the collectible on the ground (picture above).
If you missed the secret, you can also take it later in the game after a specific return to the ship. It will remain forever in Rocket's cabin.
Archives: Nano-Resin Incident Report
You can find the secret soon after you start exploring the Quarantine zone when you exit Milano.
Check the area to the left of the launch site. The collectible is on the yellow crate shown in the picture.
Costume: Guardians of the Galaxy 2014 - Rocket
You can get this secret soon after going down - as shown on picture 1.
In this case, you must go right - the one that Rocket called a dead end. Go to the end of the blue path presented in picture 2 and look for a shelf on which you can jump down.
The chest with the costume is hidden in the bottom area.

You can get this secret soon after going down - as shown on picture 1.
In this case, you need to go left according to Rocket's instructions. Look around the area for the secret - it's on the ground next to one of the blocked passages.
Archives: QZ Disposal
You can get the secret soon after the point counter appears on the screen, symbolizing a competition with Rocket.
Head to the nearest room and collect the secret from the ground in a very dark corner on the right.
Guardian Collectible: Ravager Comm Bracelet
You can get the secret soon after finding the archives described in the previous subsection, so also soon after the start of the competition with Rocket. You must follow the main path and use the narrow passage where you must crouch (picture 1).
Once you cross to the other side, check out the Brittle Material on the right. The vizor can help you locate it (picture 2).
Fire your blasters at the parasitic organism, and you will expose the collectible.
Archives: Failed to Send Message
You can get this collectible after the first fight against monsters. To proceed, you need to start climbing (picture 1).
After reaching the top shelf, you can find the secret near the railing on the right (picture 2).
Archives: Unthinkable
You can get the secret soon after you reach the location with the Sentry Wreckage - it's shown in the picture above, and your task, as part of the progress in the main storyline, will be to bring to unlock the passage in the destroyed eye of the large head.
You will reach an area with a large number of parasites, which you have to destroy as part of the competition. To get this collectible, you need to go to the central area with bars marked in picture 1. It's best to get there only after you destroy all parasites, so that you don't lose your points in Rocket's favor. You'll find the collectible on the ground (screenshot no. 2).
Outfit: Guardians of the Galaxy 2014 - Groot
You can find the outfit right after the end of the competition and the cut-scene with a strange levitating object (picture above).
Look around in the current room for a narrow passage visible in picture 1 - Star-Lord has to crouch to get to the other side. The chest with the secret is in a small room (picture 2).
Guardian Collectible: Spinal Control Unit
You can find this secret soon after finding the workshop table and fighting a new kind of monster. You need to perform a double jump to climb onto the objects shown in the picture.
Don't go further once you reach the top, but instead look around for the parasitic organism shown in picture 1. Shoot it to uncover the collectible visible in picture 2.
Archives: A Miracle! (A Miracle!)
The last secret can be found after solving the environmental puzzle in which you have to give orders to Gamora and Drax. Completing it will allow you to reach the passage from picture 1.
You can find the secret soon after entering a new section, next to the large pipes (picture 2).
