1. How to unlock: complete the level TFirst Order of Business in episode 7 - The Force Awakens.
2. Reward: Doctor Evazan character, a kyber brick.

Find a spare arm and a surgeron who will attach it to Ponda Baba

Talk to the NPC in the Mos Eisley canteen and accept the quest. Go to the planet Hoth to the Echo base and complete the Party People side mission, then fly to Kachirho on Kashyyyk and complete the Armed and Ready side mission.

Once you've got all the necessary items, go back to the canteen and talk to the NPC to collect your rewards.
