Search Theed for the mysterious figure
To start the mission, you need to talk to the protocol droid near the river in Theed. The quest giver will ask you to find a mysterious figure.
The character you are looking for will be hiding behind the building to the southeast of the droid that gave you the task.
Catch the mysterious figure
When you talk to the mysterious figure, it will start running away. During the pursuit after a Neomidian, you have to deplete its health points. If you're playing as a Jedi, keep throwing your lightsaber at him until the opponent stops. Talk to this character.
