Search for the Happabore near Niima Outpost
Talk to the quest giver and accept the task. Go to the search area and ask the settlement's residents about the creature you are looking for.
The Happabore will be standing behind the tents. Walk up to it and interact with it.
Follow the Happabore to find the remaining portions.
Follow the Happabore and collect the items it digs up from the ground. Protect the creature from the attacking birds and talk to the quest giver when you get 15 portions.
To finish the quest, pick up the last portion of food and give it to the quest giver.
