The most important statistics in the game for the main hero or heroine are health and stamina. Both of these statistics can be improved, in the case of health, you will need Ambrosia, and in the case of stamina, Zeus's lightning will be the necessary resource.

Zeus's lightning can be obtained mainly by completing the so-called Vaults of Tartaros - Immortals Fenyx Rising: Character development - Stamina - Development of characters - Immortals Fenyx Rising Guide

Zeus's lightning can be obtained mainly by completing the so-called Vaults of Tartaros. Vaults of Tartaros can be found in many locations on the map. In order to complete them, you will usually need to solve a few logic puzzles, challenges or defeat a wave of opponents, at the very end of a given Vault, there is a chest that contains Zeus's lightning. These resources are needed, as mentioned previously, to improve your stamina pool.

When you have enough of Zeus's lightning, you can spend the lighting bolts on the Bench of Zeus, which is located in the Hall of the Gods - Immortals Fenyx Rising: Character development - Stamina - Development of characters - Immortals Fenyx Rising Guide

When you have enough of Zeus's lightning, you can spend the lighting bolts on the Bench of Zeus, which is located in the Hall of the Gods. By interacting with the Bench, you can improve your maximum stamina. Stamina is required for performing such activities as dodging, climbing, gliding, sprinting or using Godly Powers.

Depending on the difficulty level of your playthrough, stamina regenerates either faster or slower; you can also use stamina potions to help with this process. To conclude, it is worth improving your stamina as soon as possible, since it will be useful not so much for fighting, but for exploring the world of the game.
